    #JoyRideMovie
From the producers of Neighbors and the co-screenwriter of Crazy Rich Asians, JOY RIDE stars Ashley Park, Sherry Cola, Oscar® nominee Stephanie Hsu, and Sabrina Wu. The hilarious and unapologetically explicit story of identity and self-discovery centers on four unlikely friends who embark on a once-in-a-lifetime international adventure. When Audrey’s (Ashley Park) business trip to Asia goes sideways, she enlists the aid of Lolo (Sherry Cola), her irreverent, childhood best friend who also happens to be a hot mess; Kat (Stephanie Hsu), her college friend turned Chinese soap star; and Deadeye (Sabrina Wu), Lolo’s eccentric cousin. Their no-holds-barred, epic experience becomes a journey of bonding, friendship, belonging, and wild debauchery that reveals the universal truth of what it means to know and love who you are.
Also starring Ronny Chieng (Crazy Rich Asians), Lori Tan Chinn (Awkwafina is Nora From Queens), David Denman (Greenland), Annie Mumolo (Barb & Star Go to Vista Del Mar), Desmond Chiam (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier), Alexander Hodge (Insecure), and Chris Pang (Crazy Rich Asians).

Chinese* not Asian representation. It's not right that every time you want to show Asian representation, you cast all - Chinese. When you cast black race actors, you specifically say "African Amercian representation" not "African representation" so why then say "Asian representation" here??? Infuriating! Yes, I'm southeast Asian and we as a group DISLIKE China! So yes, I am furious that you're making it easier for China to take over our identity!! They are already taking over our seas and resources, come on!!

I love all these actresses, but honestly the studio would have made a huge mistake not casting Wu. Anyone (no offense) could have done the other 3 roles, but Deadeye was the icing on the cake. Her role really made this movie the success that it was in my opinion. No, Wu did not write this post. lol. 😂 And I also loved the way all the people in this movie meshed well together. Good casting!!!

I gave it a 13 out of 13 skulls and say check it out, it is must see.............. I don't give any spoilers but like I said I say check this. I hope there's a sequel because I would love to see Mo. Yeah, I was in a theater of probably 30 people and I think only 10 maybe showed up. So yeah, 13 out of 13 skulls definitely check it out. I can't give us such high reviews. It is such a funny movie. Asian Americans are making inroads in the entertainment industry, which is traditionally off-limits to them, even to a cinematic icon like Bruce Lee. When Anna Mae Wong got turned down by the studio in 1935 to play the heroine in the movie "Good Earth," It crushed her dream. No Asian actors in those days were allowed to play even an Asian character in the movies. My advice to the newfound open doors for Asian American actors, directors, and writers, comics could be short-lived if they do not progress as professionals in the long haul. They must not celebrate too much but put their nose to the grindstone and keep making great entertainment. Do you know Keanu Reeves is an Asian Canadian American? His grandma is Chinese Hawaiian.
