The names of dept mentioned are eligible only if you appear for that paper, for eg if you have done Mechanical but appear for CS paper than you are eligible

I took admission in iit bombay gnr branch.....which subjects need to prepare before joining.....by the way i m from civil background....and i was selected by ES paper
Don't go for this department, in 2025 we have seen the worst placement record for this department among all Mtech fellows. In phase 1 this year only 4 students got placed which is worst among all mtech branches, even department like environment and energy sciences have better placements than this😅, that time has gone.
Yeah that's true! Only 4 got placed in 12 days! The placements are worse this year for GNR. Hopefully will see good results during phase 2 of IITB placement.🤞

Prepare on why GNR? How CSE and GNR are interconnected or how your knowledge of CSE helps you in GNR. These kinds of questions help you prepare better for the in-depth knowledge of dept.
Hii bro Recently I got offer letter from iitB from Geoinformatics.. Iam from civil background can I manage to do in this new field or it will become more hectic.. Becoz I don't have much idea regarding it Nd also nt much in coding skills So please can u suggest me few things.. So I can take a wise decision.
Don't worry, I am also from Civil background and with zero knowledge of coding. You will learn everything here. It will be a little bit hectic though because of the IIT curriculum and not because of the syllabus.

You will get the eligibility criteria over CSRE website... Most of the dept is however eligible for this course

Jitni bhi AI ML ki companies aati hai Japan se unme chances hote hai Japan me hone ke, for eg Honda, Sony, Sysmax etc
