Katrina, if you're using a Teflon sheet you should increase your temperature to about 340 - 350 because the Teflon sheet absorbs some heat. Also, when you peel it off it should be kinda steady and in one continuous motion. I also use Supacolor with a ProWorld Trans pro heat press and I set my temperature around 350 with a Teflon sheet. Never had any problems. Hope this helps. God bless!
Thank you
Aww!! Your son is so precious! Prayers for you both to get back to normal. ❤️
Thank you so much
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 ❤️
Glad you’re all feeling better!
You don't need the sheet over it. Pull off fast not slow. THEY ARE WONDERFUL, I use them all the time
Thanks for the tip. I will try again.
They recommend no teflon sheet. I got same exact heat press. The trick with teflonsheet is cold peel then repress
Exactly...
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 I had the same issue, your suppose to peel fast not slow, I did 100 2x2 on hats all with a fast peel method, I know it's crazy
@@Tucsonrepair yeah SupaColor told me to peel within 3 secs and fast. I will definitely be trying again. Thanks.
Glad to hear that you and your son are feeling better. You have raised such a intelligent, well spoken young man💜💜💜
Thank you for always sharing your wonderful creations! I’ve signed up but haven’t ordered yet. I’ve been meaning to try out the sample kit as well. Guess it’s time to get it going- thanks for the motivation! Keep up the great content💜💜💜
Thank you so much. Yes don’t wait too long! Gotta started there’s room for everyone!
my condolences for your loss and so glad to hear that you and your son are doing well from the covid situation! much love to you and your precious son! i'm a huge fan of you both ❤
Thank you so much We are much better this video was a while ago. ❤
awww adorable. I am so happy you two are doing well. You are awesome! Thank you so much for the videos. I really enjoy them and so down to earth.
Thank you
I have the same press & sample pack..you should always check your temp with a digital heat gun to ensure the correct temp on the press.
Yes I definitely need to get one
This is my 1st time viewing! I love your energy! I want to start at shirt business and I need a positive mentor!
Thank you so much. I will definitely keep the videos coming.
Katrina, with Supacolour Wearables you need the heat at around 320F, pre press your garment for 5-8 seconds, then after its cooled put on the transfer but do not use a Teflon Sheet, heat press for 12-15 seconds then hot peel the transfer. Then to make sure all the transfer is sealed on the edges, put a Teflon sheet on top of the image and press again for about 2-4 seconds and your done, different Supacolour transfers need different heats, times etc, but these are the settings I use for wearables, hope this helps.
Yeah I have an updated video on the SupaColor transfers. Thanks
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 Sorry didn't realise, all the best.
Oh my gosh! Your son is so adorable!!!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge! Much appreciated!!
Thank you
Nice channel, I think what it is you are not removing it IMMEDIATELY, which I have seen others do with the Supa color prints.
Firm pressure and don't use teflon sheet. You have to peel hot. Do not let it cool down at all. It took me a few times to get it. Warm or cool peel will ruin it.
Thank you definitely a learning curve. Some said let it cool down.
Actually you have a 2-3 sec window to peel the transfer (hot). Your technique is fine.
I believe they are a cold peel, even though it says hot or warm.
These puppies are a hot peel. 3-5 seconds after pressing.
Hi Katrina
I subscribed to them couple months ago I Got diff transfers a good quality T-shirt and a bag with their emblems logos will try the transfers out now seeing yours 🇬🇧
I just subbed. You are adorable and I loved the smiles and intro. So I'm in the family now🥰🥰🥰😁😁
Hey family. Welcome. Glad to have you!
With Supacolor is not about the firmness. The Teflon sheet is not needed either. The directions online say to press the 10-15 seconds then another 5-8 seconds then you can peel hot.
I did see on one of their videos that they DO NOT use teflon paper. Use as is. Great content!
I’m loving everything I’m learning from you
Truly appreciate it
I’m not sure what directions you are using but I press those at 365 for 25 to 35 seconds and yes you should always use a Teflon sheet to protect your press.
I'm going by the directions that came with the sample that I showed in the video.
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 wow, I really hope ya figure that out.
I had the same issue until I raised the temp up about 20°
Good to know
aww the baby is so sweet.
I use stahls on a daily, my advice is try it cold. I had bought one with the instructions of hot peel and didn’t work. I did it as a cold peel and came out perfect.
Thanks you for the tip.
Nah HOT Peel n I never have problems
Not cold ,must B hot peel
@@rafitaino3137 yeah I spoke with SUPA color it’s a hot peel
Increase your temp to 330 if you’re using the the Teflon sheet. You don’t rlly need to use it.
My guess is it wasn’t sticking cuz you’re Teflon sheet was blocking sum temp needed directly to transfer
Really great video! Very informative and your energy is amazing. You’re also really beautiful too. Keep it up
Best of luck to you and your family!
Hi I ordered some and found out that it has to be immediately peeled 💓💃🏻
Yeah me too. I did an updated video
I've been using them for a some time! Great company and prices! Love your content💯🙌
Me myself I didn't like Supacolor. They didn't do gang sheets back then, I tried them when they first came out. They say that the transfers are better know. Yes the signature heat press from Heat Press Nation is a Beast. Definitely a good heat press for your business👍👏👏👏
I messed up on my transfers as well. They offered me a credit to try it again but I never did I will soon.
You have a beautiful vibe going on! Much appreciated
awwww. thank you so much. I appreciate that!
Dialing in the settings is all part of the process! 🙌✨
Definitely.
@supacolor stop lying to the people There’s no such thing of hybrid your a liar And over priced
@@bigchief1658 what’s hybrid?
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711Regarding your peeling technique, Supacolor is designed for a fast, hot peel. To do that, peel within 3 seconds of pressing (don't let the peel cool off), and peel low, peel fast and peel with confidence! We have how to videos on our website. Thanks again for sharing this video Katrina! We're going to DM you a promo code!
@@Supacolor thank you so much. The first ones I thought I peeled fast enough. I guess I didn’t.
Teflon sheet with cold peel is the best result
Hi,
Can you make a video on how to make business cards using the cricut . Thanks
You have to press it longer. Try doing it for 20 seconds,Should work then.
On their website the directions say to press on 1 layer of fabric, to prepress the shirt, put the transfer on the shirt, then press it and peel it quickly. Then cover it with a heat press sheet and press again.
I did an updated video
I am so glad that I ran into your video, thank you! All videos I see in RUclips are done perfectly without a problem. So I was thinking that something was wrong with my heat press. Not sure that I will be buying supacolor again. I have an order of 60+ shirts and it’s not sticking, already messed up a couple shirts.
I’ve watched different videos and it actually is frustrating.
Thanks again for this video.
I’m going to be doing another review. I was told I took it off too slow
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 Thanks for your response, I’ll be looking forward to that review.
We've used Stahl's and had some of same trouble. We finally got the right temp and pressure combination. However, they made so many mistakes with our colors and more. Also, the shirt did not stand up to washing. I was going to try Supacolor next. What's the deal? Why do they make it look easy and durable on videos, but it doesn't work that way in real life? We had customers complaining about product from Stahls.
I'm not about Stahl's but I do know everyone has different heat presses and peels at different times. This is why I like TKO's transfers. This is a really old video. I have newer videos that peel perfectly.
I love that it stretches into the next room :)
*_thanks for sharing_* Appreciate this continue to be great !!!!!!!!love the videos💯💯🔥💪
Thank you so much
SupaColor 321F 16 Sec. post press for 5sec.
I'm pretty sure Supacolor reached out by now...lol. They seem to be really good at trying to eliminate any negative feedback. I also posted a video about some of the issues I had with Supacolor, similar to yours and I've been using them for a while. On a positive note, you do need to peel the carrier sheet as soon as the press opens...and peel low and fast. This is the first video I've watched on your channel and I enjoyed the content. Just subbed. Many blessings to you, your son, and your business.
They definitely reached out to me ASAP. Lol. Funny you said that. I will give them another try. Thanks for the sub.
Thank you for your videos you are fantastic
Sending the love to you and your son... Great job
Thank you so much
It might be the Teflon cover. Press without it, or leave clamped longer
I think so I will be doing it again.
your son is so precious! i'm so new to screen printing and what printer or ink do you need?
No Cover Sheet for Supacolor...
🥰 My first time seeing your video & I’m so impressed with your son! You have my respect there. Now I can finish watching your product review! Lol!
If you loved him in just those few minutes... be sure to check him out in the MICKEY Mouse Sublimation Video. He stole the show. he's in the entire video and helped make his shirt.
Thank you for sharing this video.
What are the differences between Supacolor and TKO transfers?
Glad your back. Can I ask which hoodies u buy soft style??
I use 4 types cotton heritage and independent trading for my clothing brand and Gildan and Jerseys for Etsy Cotton Heritage are the softest and best in my opinion!
You're doing it wrong. Once the heat-press comes up you only have 1-3 seconds to peel it for a successful design. You also must peel fast, not slow. The temperature and pressure should've been fine. Besides that, helpful video thanks
you have to do a cold pill And he works all the time super super color is pretty good they are the best that I done I do so screen to
SupaColor recommend *two* *press* *passes*, the first is done *WITH OUT the *TEFLON* *SHEET*, and the second is done *WITH* the *teflon* sheet. This method works like a CHARM. This is a HOT peel, peel IMMEDIATELY!
Thanks for the tip
No Sheet with Supacolor....Press 320... peel hot quickly
I got some of those samples also
Hopefully yours worked better than mines. Lol
just saw supacolor. Is there a shelf life for adhesion. You also never use a pillow.
Hi, do you need a special circuit for that Heat Press
no
I noticed you didn’t pre heat the shirt for 8 seconds … but I just ordered my art and they have all come out amazing, also don’t make it too firm.
right, i noticed that on other videos they preheat the shirts "to get any remaining moisture out" so that too can be a factor along with using the teflon sheet.....
@@BxW718 yes!!
Peace Queen!! Glad you and your son is 💯.. Have you reviewed TKO yet?
I have a full video on TKO transfers
You should heat the garment first before using transfer heat.
It's obviously a cool peel
I wonder if it would work better with a thinner sheet or if you didn’t use the sheet at all. I’ve seen some where no one had a problem. I want to use these for my new business so I hope it works for me. I planned to use butcher paper. 🤞🏾
A few said not to even use the paper. So I’m going to try it again. It was really weird.
I did the same thing and nothing is sticking nothing by heat press is brand new.. I got different custom transfer papers and none of them work my temp is 350 I feel like I waisted so much money
Good video thanks ❤
I think it’s should cool off a little bit in order for it to come out
I’m thinking the same thing.
Don’t know if you ever figured it out but try not using Teflon sheet
Did you call SupraColor and ask them if they have suggestions?
I just bought a old heat press and I tried the color heat vinel and it won't stick on 320 it won't melt the paper and ink is so strong that the 320 heat won't stick to my t shirts what is going on why ?
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY 9/9/20-21
❤❤❤ LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR CHANNEL👍👍 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!😁😆🥰 GOD BLESS YOU🙏💗🙏
Thank you so much. So much more to come. Stay tuned!
Increase your temp 330 and 20 seconds with out teflon sheet
I won’t be using it next time. Thanks.
I have the same heat press here in the UK 16 x 20
Wow your son is well spoken!❤
Hello I really enjoyed your watching you too can you tell me what he pressed it is the name of it so that I can order me one I think that's the one I want and I am a newbie please help me thank you
Hello. From heat press nation 16x20 auto open
You got me nervous now.....I done ordered some supacolor transfers and after seeing this video i am nervous....lol.....
Lol. This video is old. Their transfers have improved. I spoke with the owners myself and I did an updated video. You will be fine. I was peeling too slow in this video as well.
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 you are right. the transfers came in and they were fine. no problems
Hello, I wanted to know how do I get my design from silhouette studio to be able to print to Supacolor ?
PRESSURE PRESSURE PRESSURE ! You shouldn't have to, but that what it takes for this brand
Maybe a 15sec press time should work
Hey ma'am, I don't know why this isn't working for you because I had gotten a sample too and it worked perfect. I put my setting for 325 for like, 20 secopess you might have gotten a bad batch or something.
isn't it a cold peel?
Hello, how many heat presses do you have and which one do you enjoy using the most? I have watch a few of your videos and I notice different heat presses
I review a lot of products I have 4 total but my HpN 16x20 is my fav I say it all the time in my videos.
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 Yesss and that's why I just purchased it!! Thank you!
i did my first one without the sheet and worked out great, i think the brown sheet you are using is not helping...
True
Hello I love watching your videos. I’m just starting out nothing real big. What is the best iron on transfer sheets do you use? I tried Cricut sport flex iron on and it didn’t stick. What do you suggest? Thank you
I don't actually use iron on transfers as of right now but I will order some to do a comparison video to test them on
The teflon sheet is why?
Mind telling me where you order your bug box of golden shirts
Golden shirts? What golden shirts?
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 gildan
I have the same exact issues with SUPACOLOR! I'm wasting transfers and t-shirts because it's not sticking. What a waste of money.
I did an updated video and it came out better.
Cold peel, hot peel an issue?
SUPA okie contacted me and said it’s a hot peel and to peel immediately within 3 secs for best results.
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 it was odd to see that happen when I heard so many good things about that company's products. Thanks for doing a review on it.
@@djkal2002 you’re welcome. I’m going to try it again.
Hello ma'am I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm having a bit of trouble trying to get any help with grants for my business, n I was just wondering if you had any advice for me as to getting the help with grants from the sba or other places. Your help will be greatly appreciated!!!
I didn’t go the grant route. So sorry I can’t advise in that area
You are not leaving the press on for the 15 seconds that is supposed to stay on clamped down.
Don't use that Teflon sheet . And peel it right away .
The mistake was the Teflon sheet, I guess
Peel hot! Don't wait a few seconds.
It is a printed transfer but not a screen printed transfer
It's a cold peel
It's a hot peel I spoke to SupaColor
My deepest condolences to you and your family.. 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much
Supalove this!
@supacolor make a video on how you make your product but you wont because you lie to the customers there’s no just thing as a Hybrid film you just use that word to fool people I dear you to make a video of this Hybrid film
@@bigchief1658 what’s hybrid?
@@bigchief1658 Thanks for the comment Big Chief. Supacolor heat transfers are indeed created with a hybrid of digital and screen printing techniques, using water based inks. Our product info, including laboratory wash test and chemical safety reports can be viewed on our website. Have a Supagreat day!
Ask supacolor
Make a video on how you make the film show the hybrid you talking about because you know it’s a lie

Maybe it's the heat.
you have to wait it's a cold peel off
Instructions said hot or warm peel though.
I have found other products that are hot peel don't work. Try peeling one cold.
@@smbg9725 Definitely Hot Peel 🔥
Stop using the teflon sheet. That's why your transfers aren't sticking right.
This video is so old I don’t do that anymore.
Girlfriend I know what You mean it looks so easy when I see other Crafters demonstrating those new products but it is never that easy for me
Since this video they have improved their transfers so they peel much better now

HOT Peel !!!!!!!
