Can you show the inside of the airbox lid? Did you just JB weld the elbow?

Yes I used jb weld on the plastic elbow. I forget what all I used to seal off the tube to under the dash, I believe some aluminum tape was used.

Honestly hard to say, these things are pretty loud in the cabin. I didn’t seem to hear the intake sound as much, but the noisy gears kinda drown everything out.

Can you make a video of how you did each mod.

I have a separate video for the door extensions, I can do more detailed videos on the air box and seat harness mods. I will be installing a Sure 4 kit soon and will be able to show complete routing on the fuel tank vent mod then.

@@ThatllDoEngineering Thanks.... that fuel pump mod I would really like. Also the airbox and the mod to reduce heat from engine. I have a 2022 model and would these mods negate any warranty from Kawasaki? Did you do any comparisons on the noise before and after the air intake mod? Let me know how well the mod to dissipate heat worked. Thanks!

@@ric79demor54 I’m hitting the trails next weekend and will comment on any noticeable sound/heat reduction. The fuel vent mod is a preventative measure, so definitely look into that. I really don’t think it matters where you go with the vent, just get it out of the frame and high enough to not get wet
