    Here's what we did yesterday...
    Day #12 - Tuesday March 12, 2013
    Wake 10:30am (I didn't get good sleep last night!)
    Weigh myself -- 82.2k (180.9lbs)
    Drink a small Glass of Grapefruit Juice. 10:40am
    Drink a cup of Hot Tea with Milk NO SUGAR. 10:45am
    Eat 3 Scrambled Eggs with Red & Green Peppers and 2 slices of Wheat Toast, Drink a small Glass of Grapefruit Juice. 11:30am
    Drink a small Glass of Grapefruit Juice. 12:05pm
    Eat another 3 Scrambled Eggs this time with some Green & Red Peppers, two slices of White Toast with Butter. Drink a medium sized Glass of Orange Juice. 3:05pm
    Drink another cup of Hot Tea with Milk NO SUGAR. 3:15pm
    Eat some "Bacon Alfredo" (Pasta with Bacon & Peas). 7:25pm
    50 Sit-Ups, 30 Push-Ups 7:35pm
    Bench Press
    1 Set 10 Reps 155lbs.
    1 Set 10 Reps 165lbs.
    1 Set 10 Reps 175lbs. 9:30pm
    Incline Bench Press
    2 Sets 10 Reps 135lbs.
    1 Set 10 Reps 135lbs. 9:40pm
    Overhead "Military" Press
    1 Set 10 Reps 80lbs.
    1 Set 10 Reps 90lbs.
    1 Set 10 Reps 80 lbs. 9:55pm
    Flys
    3 Sets 15 Reps with 25lbs. Dumbells. 10:10pm
    Eat a Peanut Butter Sandwich with 2 medium sized Glasses of Milk. 10:25pm
    Do some leg lifts, 30 MORE Push-Ups 10:50pm
    Drink a small glass of Cranberry Juice. 11:10pm
    Bed 11:30pm
