Here's what we did yesterday...
Day #13 - Wednesday March 13, 2013
Wake 9:00am
Weigh myself -- 82.8k (182lbs)
Drink a small glass of Grapefruit Juice. 9:30am
Eat an Egg Sandwich with Cheese. Drink a cup of Hot Tea with Milk NO SUGAR. 9:35am
Do some Leg Lifts and 30 Push-Ups. 1:10pm
Drink 2 "Sugar Free Red Bulls". 1:30pm
Run 2 ½ miles. 4:00pm
Eat a Steak with a Baked Potato, some salad. 5:00pm
30 Push-Ups 5:55pm
Eat some Spinach with some more Steak, with a Glass of Orange Juice. 9:25pm
Do some Leg Lifts, 30 MORE Push-Ups 9:50pm
Eat 2 Big Table Spoons of Peanut Butter with a small Glass of Milk. 10:10pm
Bed 11:30pm
