    Here's what we did yesterday...
    Day #14 - Thursday March 14, 2013
    Wake 7:00am
    Weigh myself -- 82.7k (182lbs)
    Drink a small glass of Orange Juice. 7:10am
    Take a nap. (7:45 -- 9:00)
    Eat 3 Scrambled Eggs with a bowl of Grits, and another small Glass of Orange Juice. 9:15am
    30 Push-Ups
    50 Sit-Ups. 10:05pm
    Eat a Toasted Bagel with Butter, and a cup of Hot Tea. 12:20pm
    Eat a couple of handfuls of raw Baby Spinach. 12:40pm
    Eat a Banana. 1:30pm
    Eat some Celery with Peanut Butter and a small Glass of Milk. 4:00pm
    Run 2 ½ Miles. 6:00pm
    Eat 3 Large Italian Sausages with some salad. 6:50pm
    Incline Press
    3 Sets 10 Reps 135lbs. 10:00pm
    Bench Press
    3 Sets 10 Reps 165lbs. 10:06pm
    Flys
    3 Sets 15 Reps with 25lbs. Dumbells. 10:11pm
    Overhead "Military" Press
    3 Sets 10 Reps 80lbs. 10:17pm
    30 Push-Ups
    50 Sit-Ups. 10:30pm
    Eat 2 Big Table Spoons of Peanut Butter with a small Glass of Milk. 10:35pm
    Eat another Banana. 10:40pm
    Drink a small Glass of Grapefruit Juice. 10:45pm
    Bed 12:30am
