    Here's what we did yesterday...
    Day #15 - Friday March 15, 2013
    Wake 7:00am
    Weigh myself -- 82.4k (182lbs)
    Drink a small glass of Orange Juice. 7:10am
    Run 2 ½ Miles. 7:30am
    Eat 3 Scrambled Eggs with Peppers & Sausage with 2 pieces of Whole Wheat Toast (with Butter) and another small Glass of Orange Juice. 8:25am
    30 Push-Ups
    50 Sit-Ups. 8:35am
    Eat a Banana. 8:50am
    Eat a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich with a glass of Milk. 11:30am
    Eat some peanut trail mix. 4:10pm
    Eat some Roasted Chicken Breast, with a salad and some Black Beans & Rice and some Roast Beef and "Tres Leches" for desert. 7:05pm
    Another 30 Push-Ups
    Another 50 Sit-Ups. 10:25pm
    Bed 11:30pm
