1 Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Cup All purpose flour
1/2 Cup Corn starch
Burger Bun
Lettuce
Tomato
3-4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Egg
4 Tbsp Milk
Oil for frying

Whole family loved this when i made it. I didnt tell my brother it was KFC style, the first thing he said when he tasted it was this tastes exactly like KFC!

Mine was really good too, but it didn't stay crispy for to long. Did I do something wrong? I checked on line for what the oil temp should be.

My dad and I tried this before quarantine and I'm glad that we mastered it as we were in lock down 4 for a few months and was getting tired of the same old thing lol. Definitely stopped our craving for take out food.
i am eating this burger right now and i am telling you its just sooo delicious juicy tastes just like zinger despite the look (it dont look exactly like zinger). but this is a hit!! i doubled all ingredients as i was mkg 4 big fillets except the flour ingredient; i didnt double that. i dont have reasons to waste money on zinger burger anymore now thank you so much!!!

I made these burgers today and they were amazing! So easy to make and tasted absolutely delicious. What l particularly liked about the recipe is that the ingredients required were all stuff l had at home. Thanks for the recipe!

Absolute indulgence. I made it today fr some of my dear ones. They loved it so much. I actually improvised this crispy chicken with teriyaki sauce after frying and the result was lip smacking. And yes the marination took only 20 minutes. Thank you so much.
Just made these, they're amazing - just saying don't put the oil at too high of a heat otherwise the batter will just burn before the chicken is even cooked, i did this on my first one but all the others were completely fine!

after coating the chicken in the egg anf lour put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. it will make the coating stick to the fillet much better.

Mine didn't get super crunchy. It did have some, but quickly was gone. Should I have not put it on a paper towel afterwards? I checked the oil temp on line.

K M Do you know with the amounts he/she used in the video how many burgers you can make? I am planning on making 10 burgers.
Lord Aghilan i would say about 4 burgers with the amount that she used in the video unless you like to add extra chicken in the burgers and A Tip: when you marinate the chciken add a tablespoon of Chinese salt 🙃
