Tourmaster Highland Pants...Warm, Expensive...broken

I recently snagged these Tourmaster Highland pants for my winter trip from Kansas to Tennessee, but quickly ran into problems. These are my first impressions on the pants, and their customer service.

Thanks for doing this video. I was about to purchase these but I think I'll pass. I have 2 older Tourmaster Transition jackets and they've been great but I guess QC has dropped off. Disappointing.
Rather than shipping your pants back and getting another pair with the crap zipper, could you have the zipper replaced and/or reinforced?

Sadly Helmet House, who is the he manufacturer, still hasn’t had anything in stock to replace them with…

Thanks for sharing your experience. Found these for a pretty steep discount but seems like the quality might be tough to deal with. I had some Sedici Alexi Mesh pants that blew out in the rear and dont really want something similar to happen again. Rev'it cut seemed to slim for me. Maybe I need stomach the cost of Klim.

Knee pads are down on the shins and provide zero knee protection. Hip pads are out of place too

Mine were a little low when walking but fine when riding. I had them on the top adjustment though

i got a pair and didn't even put them on. velcro stayed on and tab came off on bottom pant leg. so disappointed looks like im going with milk.

Pants don’t fit. Odd sizes. Jacket is good. The pants suck.
