Fastpitch Power+ coming soon!
Very well explained, easy to understand the mechanics of what your saying. My dtr may not be at that level yet, but I'm subscribing.
Could you explain why you’ve chosen to throw a 2 seam over a 4 seam grip? Thanks so much, like this page!
She has shown the same grip for curve and screw ball. I was wondering the same thing
Not speaking for them . I throw a two and a four . I find the four has a later and sharper break while a two seam rises a little sooner and is more graduall. The two is kind of an up 0-2 pitch to see if they go swing and the birds .
Where are you located and do you have clinics soon.
Imo and from what I have seen ! Look at Jeremy Manley junk warm up and pitching myself you can make a ball rise from mid 40's mph and up . It has a lot to do with technique and spin rate.
What your opinion on way bill hill house throws rise
curious as to your thoughts on the degree that a pitcher should be coming off the mound belly to the catcher? you seem to be coming off more open.
Does the ball have a 12-6 spin?
4:35 You go way too fast when you show the grip of the ball
How to increase speed
I love all the videos from you guys except this rise ball stuff. It's been proven time and time again it doesn't rise.... it's truly just a high fast ball. If we taught batters not to swing at all to "rise" balls they'd go out of commission.
