I'm all in bed with my earbuds in, and mostly listening to this. Glad I found this, I just got back to my dorm room from my classes(1 class is 5 hours the other is an hour and a half). I'm in the culinary program and today for our café, I was left so tired. I really like how you're giving those parts of encouragement. Feels like some serious bonding with how you seem to be talking to us all rather than to just a camera. Or so it feels to me in some parts.
All my anger, stress and exhaustion was melted away by this video as though I was never angry, stressed or exhausted in the first place and it put me to sleep and I can't thank you enough for that Bekah.
I just had the worst week at work and I just feel like I need a break from the world. And thanks to you, I get to have that. Just wanted to let you know, I appreciate you and your videos a lot.
You are the best at making affirmations videos. You know the dark side of life and depression and use that knowledge to help others. Thank you! Out of all the ASMRists Ive searched, subscribed and listened to, you are my absolute favorite. Your positivity and reassurance is the best out of the others and is so relaxing and uplifting.
