- Are you in town looking for an affordable starter home? Look no further! Arch C Blueprints has plenty of them! This particular one is in a neighborhood on the east side where most of the homes only have two bedrooms, a few of them with 3 and are small. Check out this modern bungalow home. It sort of has the French country detailing about the exterior and even a little dormer. The metal roof adds to the charm. The house has some large windows as well as small ones too. The plan you'll find interesting for the bedrooms are in front and the living quarters are in the back! The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. You also get a modern contemporary kitchen complete with a large step-in pantry. Do you wish to have this built elsewhere? It could be a perfect bachelor pad, a starter home, or even a vacation home cabin. The house also has an open floor plan with a raised ceiling in the main living area. Enjoy winter warmth in front of the country-style fireplace! I hope this small house was everything you were hoping it would be and please rate :)

Absolutely love this one ❤
Thanks you
This house has quite an elaborate entry foyer, and I would forego the large coat closet and install a powder room. As an alternative, I would use much of the very large laundry room as an ensuite bath for the adjacent bedroom. Either way there would be a second toilet available! I appreciate the location of the TV in the living room as well as the pantry. In general, this place is well planned.
A very cozy design! The entrance is great! Customers may appreciate more of a straightforward closet approach instead of a fancy locker that, while pretty to look at, only seems to accommodate one coat. I like the English cottage vibes from the living room. Great space - would definitely live here!
Glad you like it!
Dryer needs to be on an exterior wall in North America in order to vent externally. I would move the closet spaces around to make that work. Otherwise I like that the living space is oriented in the back of the house since some properties have a beautiful view out back.
That's a great idea!
No bad at all. See a few things I'd change but very workable & nice.
Brenda ❤️❤️❤️.
Very Nice ❤
Thank you! Cheers!
A separate entrance area has been thought of - which is a rarity and so important that you don't literally walk through the door into the living room. Every room has adequate storage space. The fact that the kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area to disperse odours and cooking fumes - whether you like it or not is purely a matter of taste. Otherwise, I find the floor plan and layout suitable for everyday use and habitable. I would move in.
Hey, 75Purpur thanks for you suggestions.
I like this a lot but it needs an attached garage.
Thank You
Love the floor plan and the entryway, master bedroom a little tight for me. Closet needs to be bigger and I would never share my bath with guests. Bad concept. Other than that looks great!
I've suggested having either a powder room in the entry foyer or using part of the laundry room for an ensuite bath to provide a second toilet.
🫐🫐🫐🫐🫐E
It's only a dwarf that would fit into that bath. Someone who is 5t .8inch like me couldn't fit in that
The bathtub size is medium.
2 Doors of bathroom to the bedroom is not nice to have two entrance one get to open or close from other side.
Hey antonio9766 , thanks for your beautiful suggestion, we will definitely consider this point in our future projects.
If I were going to build this I would take the master closet and use that space for the only bathroom in the house in order to divide the sinks from the toilet/tub area. Then I would take what (for my lifestyle) is the wasted space in the entry and use at least half of that for a walkin closet. I would also put the washer/dryer against the outside wall, take the small space that is left of the closet in the left side bedroom to house the hot water heater, accessible from outside and use the space in the hallway and make a closet on that wall for the bedroom. Love the rest.
Thanks for sharing your feedback on the house; I'll take your points into consideration for future improvements!
You would still need space for a coat/general purpose closet, especially with the common areas of the house oriented towards its back.
I'd also like to see some sort of protective eaves over the entry doors.
It has good potential as a "room mate" house because the bedrooms are very close in size.
The master bathroom has no shower. If you look, you placed no shower head and then your shelves leave no space to move AND they would be soaking wet. Not really sure what flooring is, should have been hardwood. Additionally, strange setup to walk straight to bedrooms 1st rather than lr, dr, kitchen. If you switch that and flooring, should be a winner.
thanks so much for your feedback
NOOOOOOOO.... Having the bedrooms in the front of the house is simply wrong!!!!
Terrible layout
