We have a littler of kittens and one is a lykoi.. never knew what these were until we thought something must be wrong with this kitten! We named him John Snow and he's so amazing!
There's a cat in my neighborhood that looks just like a wolf. And of course I'm did some digging online about this type of cat and learn a lot about it too🙄
I love how they have no fur on their face and how they have webbed paws ,kind of ruff looking and they look so energetic and happy at play , just my kind of kitty I like .❤
@Damomonopolos they are still rare. I just adopted one, and there are only two breeders in my country. There are strict rules surrounding breeding (a lot of hoops to jump through to be allowed to get one for breeding as they are trying to prevent backyard breeders etc). When you adopt one, they always come fixed.

Omgosh you're so lucky. Breeders are selling them around my area for $1500 minimum. But I'm definitely getting a Lykoi one day.

Lykoi means just "wolf" tho, as seen in the word "lycanthrope", which is literally "wolfman" ("anthrope" being "human").
Never in my life have I ever seen a cat like the Lykoi, reality really is stranger than fiction.
Feral isn't the same as wild. You don't have to worry about their offspring if you're in control of breeding them.

The name is derived from the Greek word for wolf, so the y in Lykoi has a hard i sound.
