That is an awesome adventure. Well done for completing such an arduous journey. in my opinion you have in-printed yourself in history and all those who you were with too by the way, with this video adventure. thank you all for sharing and i hope to see more videos like this
Thanks for this fantastic film! Makes me even more sure of our choice to go to Scotland in august on 6 days MTB trip!! And Hannah! Her skills on the bike, her warm sense humor and the way she just fits into the nature. Just great!
Incredible short film, I really enjoyed that! It was great seeing Hannah staying so positive when the bad weather came in and when she took the wrong turn(s). It's really motivated me to get out and do some bikepacking myself!
What an excellent video, great footage and smooth production. My favourite line was around 19:40, "It's showing on the map as a single dotted line, which could be anything ... or could be absolutely nothing". That's the beauty of using OS maps to create an adventure route!
Seriously need more videos like this. I love watching UCI, EWS etc but nice to see a decent adventure/holiday mountain bike vid. Thanks Hannah and team
It's amazing how much mountain biking and acoustic guitar stuff fit together. Ben Howard, Junip, Radical Face, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Monica Heldal, Bombay Bicycle Club, Jamie N Commons are some of my favourites. Nice Nukeproof to.. Pinkest bike ever :D
After watching this I feel glad to be living, breathing and totally in love with mountain biking, and if this video doesn`t inspire to get out on the trails, nothing will.a breathtaking film......
An amazing film. Where the film says "Kinlochbervie" then shows Hannah cycling across a beach, it is actually Balnakeil beach at the back of Durness. I recognised it straight away as it is my favourite place in the world. Hannah then swims at the same beach, with Garvie Island in the background (off Cape Wrath) and the Durness Golf Course Club House momentarily in shot on the left. It said to be the coldest water on Scotland's coast. Thanks for making this film, I can't wait to get back out there again.
I heve been fourth times in Scotland.Unfortunately i was treveling by car. When i was first time in Scotland on The Rockness fest i promise myself that oneday i come with bike and make a trip. I fall in love withe the Scotish landscapes:)
The more I see of stuff like this, the luckier I feel to be in this country. I've travelled a fair deal but apart from Tour de France in two years time I'm not fussed about leaving Scotland ever again. I'm heading out on my Yeti now....
Love the vid, but when you label Balnakiel beach at Durness as being in Kinlochbervie the Durness folk are planning to come after you with pitchfolks. Joking aside, if you had rode over from Achfarry to Dionard you would have seen some of the most epic riding in the north west (there is a brilliant loop up Glen Golly). You can hike a bike to cape wrath round the tip of the Kyle of Durness as well as both rivers have bridges. Looking forwards to the next one (Cheers from Durness).
What a lovely film, I’m inspired!
That was beautiful!
I have watched this a number of times and still find it inspirational each time. Hope she does more of this adventure type stuff again. 👍
Best bike adventure film to this day !
She is as breathtaking as the landscape up there! 👍🏻🙂
