Thanks alot Mark! It's called Kohl Rabi..also known as German cabbage. It developes a bulb like stem, not a root vegetable 👍

Pan size snapper but have to return to the sea. Good for the future. But I don't understand how come they are allowed to sell under sized snappers in the fish market?

Because they more then likely come from vic/nsw where the big snapper fisheries are

Great point mate...different fishing rules across the nation. Them pan size ones are imported from over east, NZ and or from up North of the 50 cm rule for Perth like Shark Bay and upwards..even in southern zone Albany..40 cm

Well if you were in Victoria those snapper would have been part of your ‘catch and cook’ not sure why there is such a difference in snapper legal size in WA SA and Victoria.
