💕A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
Hi there! My name is Layne and I'm a nurse and family nurse practitioner student on the road to getting my DNP. I started this channel to encourage other nurses and NP students who are searching for their niche in nursing and to share my journey!

Hey Layne! Great video! Just curious… Do u still work in the PACU while doing the TA job? And if you do…. How on earth do you balance everything ? Lol balancing everything has been super challenging for me
Hey! Yeah it's definitely been a challenge at times! At the beginning of my program when the classes were more leadership-based and online, I worked full time in the PACU but when I started working as a TA part time, I did PACU 1-2x times per week (a lot of weekend shifts). Now that I'm at the end of my program and have a lot of clinical hours, I work on the PACU about once per month and during breaks. I'm also full time as a TA now. Essentially I have to reevaluate on a year by years basis of what I feel like I can handle lol 😅
