If we think about it more, Seb could be the most likely option for Mercedes in 2025. In the top 5 teams, nobody would want to risk moving into a struggling Mercedes. Sainz will most likely be gunning for RB, Alonso will either stay at AM or gun for RB as well. From the bottom 5 teams, I don't think anyone could be a better option than a 4xWC even considering how he lost touch in 2020. Even if they are, Albon is contracted to Williams for 2025, Yuki will either stay in the RB camp or move to AM for Honda, and Hulkenberg is still a less likely option compared to the current drivers from top 5 teams

Besides, it’s insane to think HornDog wouldn’t want a second champion. That’s just more points for Red Bull and HornDog and Fernando have always gotten along.
I am 100% sure he will make a comeback. Michael was his childhood hero, he made a comeback after he left Ferrari to Mercedes. Seb will do the same thing.

As much as everyone loves Serb, no it’ll be a terrible idea if he got a F1 seat , for 2 reasons, 1) he hasn’t driven a F1 car in two years ( over what is now 24 races) he’ll be mediocre at best, 2) he’ll be doing someone else out of a seat ~ bearman/Lawson or some other new F2 driver , his best shot would be as advisor to a team or older/newer driver lineup on a new team for a year Also this wasn’t I’m coming back video it’s a plug for his new drink .
@@gouravghosh588 not sure appeal matters to anyone apart from the team that wants a driver, for me, my personal understanding and analysis is that Seb won’t get the seat because he is not 100% fit and well for the seat. Sainz is active and well, so I feel he is likely to get he merc seat
I think Mercedes are dragging their feet to replace Lewis because they are trying to get Max, but if Mercedes can't get Max and bring back Vettel to F1, it will let a lot of drivers on the grid know they aren't all that at all. Lewis in a Ferrari and Vettel in a Mercedes will be rematch 2017-2019-ish again. Let the show begin!
Except Vettel is better than all those drivers so is the most logical option. Albon got destroyed by Max and underperformed massively in RB, and his only benchmark is Logan and Latifi. Sainz only has 3 wins in his career and one season includes a title challenging car, where he almost finished 6th. Vettel was outracing Alonso very often in 2021 and 2022 even though he was in a significantly slower car.
It anyone else notice? or I'm star struck as always when it comes to Seb, his eyes lit up the mention of Mercedes and Toto. How many of you all noticed this?
Yes and no. I love Seb but lets be 100% honest. He has never elivated a car that he's been in. The RB's were the fastest clearly. The Fartari era was meh and the same with Aston. I think he should 1000% be around and apart of F1 with how he sees the environment and the future of the sport. I don't want him back as a driver but I would love to see him in F1 as a main player on the board or at least high up in the company.
Breaking news! Vettel Alonso, verstappen Bearman and Nico Rosberg all rejoining Mercedes in 2025 as Toto successfully get clearance from the FIA to run six cars next year! 👍

As much as everyone loves Serb, no it’ll be a terrible idea if he got a F1 seat , for 2 reasons, 1) he hasn’t driven a F1 car in two years ( over what is now 24 races) he’ll be mediocre at best,
2) he’ll be doing someone else out of a seat ~ bearman/Lawson or some other new F2 driver ,
his best shot would be as advisor to a team or older/newer driver lineup on a new team for a year
Also this wasn’t I’m coming back video it’s a plug for his new drink .
If he did return, unfortunately all of people wooing him back will also be the ones to bash him if he doesn’t perform to their expectations😢
He is done in F1. AM days showed that. He wants attention for his LEMANS24 adventure, he tested with Porsche. Its all a PR PLAN 😂
Lets hope he stays where he is, it's time for a new generation 👍
He is a role model in all aspects of life, I love him
Lol I did not expect to see Vettel promoting an energy drink on RUclips 😂😂
Wouldn't it be great to see Seb back in an F1 car! His experience would be invaluable, and with the right car, who knows?!?
I'd rather see Carlos in the Mercedes seat. But i do love Seb.
As much as i’d love to this Merc should focus on getting Carlos Sainz or someone like that
After Lewis, Merc need a superstar to replace him unless they go for Kimi Antonelli. Sainz is good but doesn't have the same appeal as Seb or Alonso
@@gouravghosh588 not sure appeal matters to anyone apart from the team that wants a driver, for me, my personal understanding and analysis is that Seb won’t get the seat because he is not 100% fit and well for the seat. Sainz is active and well, so I feel he is likely to get he merc seat
@ezrafiroz8662 There's a long time to go before the start of next season. Seb can get his fitness back. Also, I feel Seb is a notch above Sainz.
Sainz is a massive downgrade from Hamilton.
Vettel was over performing the AM pretty often.
@paperplane-db8qf To be fair, from the current grid, barring Verstappen, Alonso, and may be Leclerc, everyone else is a massive downgrade.
Damn, I can’t decide who I want to see more in the Mercedes, Seb or Fernando 🤷♂️
Seb is better...
No Thanks. Let the young guys have a shot at F1. They are fast, motivated and hungry - and not 'on the fence' about the topic.
Sort of forgot Vettel wanted back in. He'd be a good pickup for Mercedes, probably be a good mentor for George Russell.
If Seb wants to come back to F1, he would absolutely find a seat. Champions can come back, they do all the time
George does not want to be mentored. He thinks he knows it all!
He doesn’t want back in lol he will go to Wec
If he truely wants to come back, which I honestly do not think is to likely, he MUST be 100 % perfect on racing not on too much stuff off track.
If Vettel comes back to f1 with Mercedes
He pulling a Michael schumacher when he came back with Mercedes 2010
And I'm very confident that Seb will do better than Michael!
As nice as it would be seeing Seb back on the grid , it’s about time some of the f2 / reserve drivers start to make their way in.
The only Sky Sports F1 video I'll like this year.
Noone wants to hear it but taking Vettel over Sainz, Alonso or Albon would be massive throw from Mercedes
I think it’s more of the perspective of having a German world champion driving for a German team, like Schumacher
@@LiamPretorius-zy3np. Seb at Audi would literally put tears in my eyes though. And I ain’t even German. Carlos and Seb, I’m calling it.
@@mamavswild that would be very cool, especially if they can become competitive straight away
@@paperplane-db8qf 😂😂
Director so careful not to show the product while Seb hyped it 😂
My favourite driver🤩
Same! 🇩🇪
It anyone else notice? or I'm star struck as always when it comes to Seb, his eyes lit up the mention of Mercedes and Toto. How many of you all noticed this?
Something is going on in the background I think.
It would be the ultimate proof Mercedes is a midfield team.
YES!! SEBASTIAN!!
Never been the same driver since the 2013 multi 21 incident and the fan abuse he got.
Seb should start a youtube chanel like Romain😊
Have you seen his flight videos? He has some of the greatest POV flying videos I've seen in years.
Seb should start a youtube channel, maybe vlogs would be a great idea
This would be amazing if this move could be made! I personally have missed seeing Vettel on grid!
I didn’t miss him… and he was invisible in the AM too
This would be a bigger story than Lewis to Ferrari!
😂😂 he would be nowhere like in AM
I would love to see him back
Same! 🇩🇪
Makes sense, why would an active driver get in a car going backwards down the field?
Yes he was a good driver. But we need new blood now! Let the new fabulous talent come through!
Good to see SEB again man!
Please Seb. I don’t want much but to see you back on the grid in a quick car next year would be awesome.
I did not have Seb as an energy drink salesman on my 2024 bingo card
‘Sports drink’ 😂. Don’t wanna burn bridges with RBR! Still think he has a shot at team principal one day
Second interview with the product and it ends up about the merc seat lol. Tell me more about the drink seb!!!
Breaking news! Vettel Alonso, verstappen Bearman and Nico Rosberg all rejoining Mercedes in 2025 as Toto successfully get clearance from the FIA to run six cars next year! 👍
Probably wont happen but imagine he moves to Red bull. Two 4x red bull world champions side by side
I say 4 because I assume Max will win 2024 already 😂
@@EthanH4. Can y’all imagine the hype?! Wow that would be fun to watch.
Everything's possible but I think it is really a question if Seb wants to take a break from his family for another 4-5 years. 😅
Phew, atleast they got the promotional bit done first
Lewis at Ferrari will be laughable. They have made a massive mistake giving him the seat over Carlos. Also you still can't move on regarding red bull....its like you have a vendetta with the team? I don't remember you saying anything about Lewis having an affair with Angie his dogs body at races....i wonder why is that?
My GOAT ❤❤. I would love to see him back in f1
Would love to see Seb back. Would also love to see more teams
4 time world champion talks to some no name nobody. Just get Brundle on to do this sort of thing.
This would be amazing. Id love to watch Seb again!
Daniel R 1 - Seb 0, Charles 1 - Seb 0. So it’s the right time to retire.
I think he's either signed or nearly signed already with Mercedes. He recently tested a Porsche sportscar to get behind the wheel. I think he will be back.
Not a chance.
Agreed. I think an announcement could come soon on a 2 year deal. Toto has always wanted him
Yeah he tested the Porsche to possibly race the Porsche at Le Mans this year not to get back into F1 🤦♂️
@@Charlton2010not true I’m sebs secret lover and he told me it was a NASCAR entry in a McQueen livery
😂😂😂 he won’t come back for 24 race weekends …
Was this not an ad for an energy drink?
Correct
Don't tease me like this
He’s a gem
