Neither NS or CSX, those slab cars are internal use for Gautier steel. Besides the internal movements by CBL idk if the plant gets anything or ships anything by NS or CSX
OK thanks no problem. Gautier receives shipments from both NS and CSX. As well and NS billet racks and CSX send them billet gons. I’m at a college nearby and I’ve never seen them before. They must be stored inside somewhere

Also CSX gives them bulkheads on occasion
