Unfortunately, even the government doesn't rehabilitate the homeless properly. But, go to countries like Norway and Sweden and they know how to help the poor and homeless. The American government is wrapped up in to much red tape and only ends up giving away money in the form of food stamps and welfare instead of REALLY applying the techniques used in Europe to help the needy. If you don't understand that....... then lets leave it at that.

There are woman that have a job but it's only enough to pay the rent and end up eating dog food because it's cheaper. There are senior citizens that are too old to work and walk around in the middle of the night trying to collect recyclable cans and bottles to barely have enough for a piece of bread. You have obviously never gone through that nightmare. So, you think everyone has an easy life or as many opportunities as you've had. Sad that you have no idea of the true human suffering.

This is by far one of my favorite improvs ever. I would love to see a remake of this if possible, purely so I can get more of the audience's stunned reactions. It's got to feel good to have your stunt appreciated like that.
Improv Everywhere was way ahead of their time. This was made when I was FOUR. (2008) RUclips was around but cool pranks/experiment videos like these didn't even exist yet.
The reactions were PRICELESS especially when the guy pokes the frozen girl-she held her composure. At least one in the crowd of onlookers who asked "how long..." appeared really freaked out like maybe something "not of this world" was going on. I dont even know how I'd react if I saw that--no time to think or react.
I love how Charlie Todd pretends not to know what's going on when he's the mastermind behind everything. Just like a perfect villain would do, hide amongst the commoners (although he's not a villain, he's a great hero to our generations).
