In India Tamilnadu this fruit called Seetha palam(fruit) it's really delicious I love this we have this tree @ home. In Tamilnadu most of the house have this tree
We call it as seetha fruit in here South Indian state of tamilnadu. We have this tree in our yard and another variety of this fruit is called ram seetha which is more sweet and healthy we have it too.
