I really appreciate you voicing your concerns about people getting rays and not doing research or the fact that they are a life long commitment. Thank you!
Those Tim’s screens in the early morning when it’s still dark are so blinding 😂 I’ve had my retinas burned from those many mornings as I leave for work at 4:40am 😅
In my opinion (as Joey would say), Stingray, Asian Arowana and Discus. Personally, I think Joey's at his prime with those 3 fish. Merch with "Absolutely Phenomenal." would be awesome!
you put tears in my eyes bro ! your love is power nobody can teach like you and stay so grounded from what i can tell. thanks for always having the answers i need when i go looking... thank you
Joey I love this channel it's my favorite fish keeping channel could you please do a small fish community tank such as tetras(a few varieties), HarleyQuinn Rasbora, pencil fish and a pleco to suit the team maybe even some shrimp ooh and panda Garra in a planted tank please 🙏
Hey joey i have pearl stingsrays and a asian arowana and i love it. I like to see you do more of them like more stingrays and a nice group of asian arawana. Tnx for doing all of this i learn so much of you so keep on going 😁😁😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Pea puffers? Exodon tetras again? Maybe breed arowana once? Green Snake scaled arowana? Maybe a Breeding project? Or a catfish tank with catfish in each level doing different jobs? From show fish to clean up crew? There are so many possibilities! A giant weather loach tank or betta machrostoma tank.
Hi joey! I need you knowledge and experienced advice! I have a 40 gallon tank and I’ve tried to make it into a tetra tank but they’re dying one by one:( I took a sample of my water to the aquatics, after testing it myself.. and with their reassurance the water is perfect. So I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, could it be from the shop I got them from? (A shop that doesn’t specialise in fish) or is it something I’m doing😩 thank you in advance and I love what you do! Been watching for years! Even before the stingrays were little babies!!❤
for the next animal I would suggest an axolotl tank, you could get several different colours for the tank opposite where you are planning to move the electric eel, a suggestion for fish you could keep with the rays I would say some sort of gar or a fire eel
You should try that "new species" of arawana again, that one you had when you had the 4. It was white and had very long fins. We never got to see an adult version because it passed away.
I say you do a big school of clown loaches again. But at the end of the day you can fill the whole gallery with rays and arowana and we’ll support it. Just keep doing you 💯
I think it would be really interesting if you would get another arowana and try to breed them. I know you lost one to jumping and suspected it was breeding behavior so maybe string a net vertically around wherever you keep them? It would be interesting to see.
I think you should get some Atabapo red pike cichlids with some fire eels. Another tank with a group of discus. Another tank with a large school of clown 🤡 loaches and some nice geophagus and some melanistic angel fish would be nice.
Joey - i SCUBA dive with a lot of salt water Rays & Stingarees (in Australia). Often they bury themselves in the sand. Would your fresh water rays exhibit this behaviour if you provided substrate? Si 🙏 You answered this the further i got into the video 😁. Thanks 🙏
If love to see you get a few more Asian Arawana. And breed them! I loved the Batik you lost a few years ago. Get another. And African Arawana are super dope, though technically more related aripima. And it would rule if you got a mbu puffer! But the ultimate prize Jurassic fish, my holy grail, would be Australian Lungfish. Please consider some. Expensive for sure, but basically immortal. And pretty much a living missing link about ready to climb onto land and evolve into a proto-dinosaur. You can get them microchipped and Cities certified from Dragonfish in Vancouver. Please think about it!
Honestly I’ve said this before Joey and I might sound annoying but please get a paroon shark I would love to see one on your channel but that a fish I would love to see you grow out or have what so ever 🙏🙏
I think it would be amazing for you to get a silver arowana to show people how big they get compared to your beauty. You can get a small one and keep it with the new rays.
More arawanas!! Having multiple was so cool
I really appreciate you voicing your concerns about people getting rays and not doing research or the fact that they are a life long commitment. Thank you!
How cool it would be if joey and stingray biology did a collab video on rays..Two pure OGs on stingray topic😄
Pretty sure they have actually. Long time ago when Kevin was still in California
Freshwater stingray facility - how it works posted 6 years ago
That’s the plan after Joey knocks out Rod. Lol
We actually have already. Long time ago. I was the first person to film his facility! … damn… I’m getting old 😂
I think spotted gars could be really nice to see. The ones I've kept always seem to have so much personality
I love how excited you get, I’m the same way, you make me want to restart my aquariums once again.
You need a Fire eel! They're amazing to watch!
The rocks and sand really make that stingray tank complete - looks awesome!
Those Tim’s screens in the early morning when it’s still dark are so blinding 😂 I’ve had my retinas burned from those many mornings as I leave for work at 4:40am 😅
Looking forward to meet you the 15th at the Scape club meeting. Thanks for coming out here.
Finally the answer to the ray question. I thought for sure the big girl dropped pups. Congrats there beautiful. Need to build a ray pond know.
The updated stingray tank is my new favorite. It’s gorgeous!!
The stingrays look fabulous Joey. Ha Joey have you still got your Discus fish i think you should get other Arowana that will be great
Synodontis Multipunctatus (Cuckoo Catfish). Very interesting breeders. Goes well with shell dwellers. Please consider them.
After years and years of watching your videos I really hope you could try keeping sturgeon fish especially diamond sturgeon❤❤❤
Another arroweana! The Ray's look fantastic!
Its nice that its not just anymore going to the airport in the middle of the night to bring back magical boxes
In my opinion (as Joey would say), Stingray, Asian Arowana and Discus. Personally, I think Joey's at his prime with those 3 fish. Merch with "Absolutely Phenomenal." would be awesome!

A massive school of discus would be amazing
Absolutely beautiful stingrays. You should get some from Rod and fashy from predortory they have so.e stunners in.

Great vid. Discus comeback for final question!
A group of discus in the new stingray tank would be amazing 😍😍
for the next animal I would suggest an axolotl tank, you could get several different colours for the tank opposite where you are planning to move the electric eel, a suggestion for fish you could keep with the rays I would say some sort of gar or a fire eel
I think you should keep a large tank with several large schools of small fish, ie blue eyes, CPD’s, etc
A discus tank would be killer!
Yes been waiting to see the rays since you teased em
Would love to see the shell dwellers back. Love the rays though

You should try that "new species" of arawana again, that one you had when you had the 4. It was white and had very long fins. We never got to see an adult version because it passed away.
Eventually, someday, I would love to have some stingrays. But I think you should put some baby Oscars in with the stingrays.
Love them really awesome ❤😂😂
I say you do a big school of clown loaches again. But at the end of the day you can fill the whole gallery with rays and arowana and we’ll support it. Just keep doing you 💯

I think you should get another frank he was your most personable fish!
I think it would be amazing for you to get a silver arowana to show people how big they get compared to your beauty. You can get a small one and keep it with the new rays.
