Nice.. fellow NYC person here. I had the first Dorado ever seen in the hobby in 1990 when I was 16, before RUclips and before cell phones. He came in by accident with a group of random characins. Then we had New World Aquarium on 8th Street NYC who brang in some of the most insane snakeheads imaginable. I had them too..fast forward to ACE aquarium in flushing queens later 90s who brought in fish like the Rio Grande bass, and dozens of rare oddballs, even Aimara wolfish. Then shark aquarium in hillside NJ who's owner George Fear brought in the first 3 foot Aimara wolfish, and fished himself collecting characins I've not seen since in the hobby, mini Dorado type specimens with large teeth getting 7 inches at the max that made buck tooth tetras look like guppies. Hope you guys start bringing in rarer stuff for the newbies and me.

Thanks to you and all your cool fish you have and sell, and all the puffer action lately. I was talked into taking home a figure 8 puffer. I get it's not as rare or as cool, as some of the puffers you have, but it's what I can own living in a small 4th floor apartment 😍, I have mini turtle pond too in my apartment. My place is barely 200sf.

Man I would be jumping up and down like a kid in a candy store if I got invited to come hangout at Predatory Fins. I really want to get more into the hobby, I hope to get a large tank in the future to get some of these monsters 😂 but for now I just watch and admire all these cool fish and bug my wife about how much I want them lol 😂

Nice video man .. here in Suriname, i am only familiar with two types of peacock bass.. and we simply classify them as Surinamese tukunari (those with spots ) and Brazilian tukunari (those with stripes)..
I dont know if legal for you there rod but full spectrum cbd for dogs might help him it helped me with my epilepsy I blank out tho dont fit but know people who do and it helps i am in the uk so it is

Are all the tanks connected like sharing the same water? I'm talking about the tanks you call your acclimation station. It looks like you keep the faucet water running for aeration then it drains through the upright pipes in the tanks so I'm curious if your recirculating the same water through all the tanks or how does that work?
I just found your channel I don't know anything about fish or aquariums but it's interesting to watch this stuff. I've been talking about building a pond outside and putting fish in it but my wife thinks it might get too cold for fish during the winter and snow. I'm in Washington state.

R.e. Tank and the seizures. I have a 10 year old lab cross who has had 2 in the last year. We and the vet put it down to age, until we realised we'd given him the offcuts of fat from steaks the night before both times. We told the vet and they told us that was probably the cause, but to keep an eye on him anyway. It has now been 6 months since his last piece of fat and his last seizure.
Sometimes seizures are a sign of age, or illness, but sometimes it's as simple as diet.
Either way so long as the dog is safe and not in risk of injuring itself during the seizures they can still live a long happy life.
Been watching for years but was never subscribed. Sorry about that but I changed that fact today. I'm your newest subscriber.
