Did anyone realize that when the COP in the car told Liz he was looking for a date, and when SHE said yeah, She was too,... HE CALLED BACKUP to arrest her For Solicitation (Only based on the way she was dressed??) HE DID NOT HAVE A LEGAL ARREST for solicitation,.... an ACTUAL Request for--and transfer of MONEY between the 2 people HAS THE REQUIREMENT to be offered and taken, in order to be a fully LEGAL Police arrest! LIZ could have sued the Cop for ILLEGAL arrest!! and told that NOT ONCE did she offer a quote of a money amount, not to mention, SHE NEVER TOLD THE COP she was agreeing to go anywhere OR Do Anything.... WITH HIM!!!
