This means the best teams, assuming they get things done, will fight later in the tournament, where the stakes are higher, and not get eliminated early, which is "fair" in the sense that the best teams should go furthest, and best for viewership.

If you decide to do the draw this way (drawing an entire pool first before drawing its matchup pool), you should at least split the screen so that viewers can see which opponent is being drawn at this moment. Otherwise: Just draw Pool 1 team and then the Pool 2 team they'll face, and so on. This was bad.
