Question about the last video, a friend was asking if the main drawback of the knee sprawl was the fact that you can get repeatedly reshot on.
You just keep jumping backwards ! the draw back would be on you, not on the move
If he reaches up and gets control over your arm just reach through and grab the near part of his tricep... Pull It Forward and down as fast as possible while you circle behind for the points
Are you torquing the chin to the ceiling as you chase the angle and before you hit the throw-by, or is that not really necessary?
You look like you're healing wel, no limp problem. 👏l
Would you transition to something else if they keep trying to drive to anchor onto a leg instead of keeping good position?
You would just go back to the front headlock, or you could drop down to a single if they stand up while trying it
