- Today is the 100th day of Living on a Cruise ship for the Royal Caribbean Ultimate World Cruise! We have lived on the Cruise Ship for 100 days and it has been amazing! To celebrate living on a cruise ship for 100 days we interviewed passengers to see what they had to say, and it was wonderful! We have loved our first 100 days living on a cruise ship, we hope you will follow our next 175 days as we continue this journey.
By the way we are releasing this video a bit out of order for those following our channel, so don’t worry we are not skipping any ports, just wanted to release this video as a celebration.

All the non-cruisers were predicting chaos, drama, etc., and yet look at all the people who love the people, who talk about a sense of community.

And it is so true. The friendships we formed were a really nice surprise and bonus for this trip.

So neat how it literally has become a true family and everyone giving their experiences. This trip is on my major bucket list.
We have been so surprised at the friendships that we’ve developed. Some thing that was unexpected to us.
@livingphase2 Love to hear how much this UWC cost, including all the tours onshore etc. Nobody seems to be talking about it, anywhere.
Frighteningly expensive, I expect. And in USD to boot.
What a wonderful video! It was fun to see the folks interviewed! I loved how so many people expressed their appreciation for the sense of community.
Interestingly, enough, Mike and I say that is one of our favorite parts about this ship is the friendships we developed. Something we never expected.

Because you included your fellow passengers, it became obvious why everyone is getting along so well. You may all have different "best places" and other experiences, but everyone seems happy and agreeable.
It has been an amazing experience. Like Ellen said in the video, we get along better than all the countries of the world that together.
I'm so far behind, but I'll catch up! This was fantastic! I loved learning a little bit from the other passengers!

The cruise line needs to give you two an extra bonus or have you run a special trip (after this cruise is done). Every time I watch your videos I start looking at trips to book.
So happy we inspire you. We do not receive anything from the cruise line. This is just a wonderful way for us to remember our own story.

We just booked our first Royal Caribbean cruise for Alaska next year. It’s on Serenade of the Seas. I told my husband, I feel like we already know it. My fave of your places is Antarctica.
Oh wow. We just booked at next cruise an Alaskan cruise on serenade for end of August early September!

Very moving hearing about the camaraderie. And nice seeing such a wide representation of humanity! My favorite thing would probably be if I were able to go five days in a row without vomiting. I get very seasick.

It truly has been a blessing and a dream to go on this trip. I hope you both can do one.
That was fun. Having been on 60+ cruises now, I’ve always wondered what events were continued on this cruise (the egg drop is one of my favorites too!) I’ve always met some incredible people on cruises, incredible in different ways 😊. That is the best part of any cruise, meeting people of different backgrounds, ethnicities, religions, beliefs and countries. And I learn so much by talking to people who are different that I am. You don’t have to agree or even like what they say, but you always learn something. Stay safe and have fun!

The best part of watching your vlogs "is Everything!". Incredible how 100 days have passed so quickly and you both have traversed half the world?? or more, such amazing sights but I must agree that the best part of travel is meeting great people along the way, immersing in the cultures and just enjoying life and I can actually feel your community from my part of the world in Northern California. That was awesome! Yes we will be doing a South America cruise on an Expedition ship to Antarctica next year! My #1 Bucket list item. I have a high school friend that worked in Antarctica 7 summers in her 69 years! She loved it! She drove scientists around the US base there.

Great to hear everyone having an awesome time on the UWC. Unfortunately, something I and I'm sure many others will never experience due to the prohibitive pricing. Interior staterooms some where in the vicinity of $60K USD per person. Balcony from $75K+ per person. Add to that almost $5K USD in port fees/taxes, sightseeing/adventure tours, meals onshore, etc etc.
Way out of my budget...
We know we were very blessed to be able to take this once in a lifetime Adventure, and appreciate you coming along with us. 😊

This was such a fun episode! I'm not on the ship but my favorite part was the Ushia post office! That was super cool, I hope to visit there some day. The train ride in Ushia looked fun too, Glacial hiking and penguins, there was a lot going on in that little town.

I’d heard that the Great Barrier Reef excursions were cancelled due to weather. But some in this video said it was their favorite. ?????
Excursions were canceled in Airle Beach. However, in Carnes we were able to go. I snorkeled in the great barrier reef and Mike got to scuba dive. It was incredible!❤️

1 complaint i guarantee is the lack of decent toilet paper. After my recent 10 day cruise I never thought id b soo happy to have good TP again. Is it me or am i the only one who feels this way? Anyways, i hope its different for the world cruise. I couldn't imagine using that stuff for 9 months....😮
