Yup, regular oil-changes and change those filters at the same time if you want your cars working efficiently.

Absolutely! Thankfully Subaru is about the easiest platform I’ve ever owned for changing those basic maintenance items. 🙂

What is the best product to use on that black exterior plastic?

I wouldn’t be able to tell you. I’m sure there’s some good videos on here though that compare products like that. Best of luck! 🙂

How are you still liking your Subaru outback wilderness. Are you still planning to keep it long term also do u still recommend to keep long term? Thank brother

I’m still really enjoying it! I’ve now owned it longer than any other vehicle I’ve owned at just over 2.5 years, lol. I currently plan to keep it until around when the powertrain warranty runs out. If everything in life is going well at that point I’ll likely try out a new platform. Maybe a Model Y performance, or the new 4Runner, or if Subaru has another cool model. Like a Baja or new Outback Wilderness. Idk 🤷‍♂️ 😀

How often do you change the air filters.

While I won’t share how often I personally change them 😉 I believe the manual shows the Cabin Air Filter every 12k miles or 12 months, and the engine air every 30K miles or 30 months.

The dealer tried to charge me $160 dollars for both replacements. That should be illegal

Don’t throw away the garbage into the wilderness.

Either way the garbage was going to end up in “the Wilderness”. But don’t worry, it made its way into my trash can. 😜
