"Common Milkweed and Butterfly Weed"

This video discusses some of the characteristics of both common milkweed and butterfly weed and the importance of milkweed to a variety of insects which are pollinators. It also shows images and video of many of the insects that were found on these two plant species which occur on the property.

Stopped watching to finally go out and plant the milkweed and swamp milkweed seed I ordered. Plan to finish watching later. Super informative . Well done and well shot with superior cinematography.

Thanks for the comment. Hope you have good luck with your seeds. Swamp milkweed is one of my favorites but unfortunately I don't have any wet areas on my property where it would naturally occur or I definitely would have included it in the video.
