Im using 3lb weights. You want to stay pretty light for this one. If you don't have light weights grab a couple of cans or water bottles :)

I love this workout as well as each of your other workouts! How frequently do you recommend doing barre throughout the week and do you incorporate additional cardio or running? Also, if you would consider this, I'd love a barre abs workout that includes diastasis recti exercises!
