Apparently you can buy the anti condensate chemical that they use to treat poly separately and spray it on yourself. I don't know if its worth doing since everything is already installed but it might be worth checking out since condensation can reduce light emission significantly.

Propane Heat create lots of humidity too

Randy She it's because of the way It transfome itself in Heat. I don't know the fact behind surely easy yo find It. I used to experiment It in one Flat i lived in.

Ever watch LDS PREPPER. He lives in Idaho and did a geo thermo green house that seems to work very well.

Maybe an air cross heat exchanger will do the job. It replaces the humid air inside a building with fresh dry air from the outside without cooling the inside too much.

Do you think keeping the dehumidifiers at the lowest point in the building is beneficial? Just wondering what your thoughts were on that. Joe

Thumbs down on condensation, thumbs up for you Jeff! :)

Have you considered a air screen to keep the cold out

I notice that the vegetables that were lost to mold haven't been replaced yet. Is the plan to avoid growing veggies in winter until the sunlight / external temp.s increase ?

we are doing a lot of experiments right now (future video) to determine source of mold/fungus and understand it's impacts. all those plants will be coming out and we will clean the entire facility

Those dehumidifyers consume a lot of energy making the gas digester worthless.
They produce too little to even sustain the dehumidifyers.

Consider: splitting PVC sch10 pipes and affixing as condensate gravity drains to reduce humidity and mold growth enviro...

Do you still have that wood boiler down in the hole? Could it be fired up every day to help dry out some air?

Jeff, you may have mentioned it previously but have you looked into using an HRV system?

This is all well and good, but I thought "there is no condensation for those who are in Christ Jesus.". But I may be remembering that wrong.... 😆
    Keep up the good work!

Would a surface cover of the four fish lanes be it floating poly chips etc contribute significantly to controling humidity condensing onto your structure overhead?

      My thinking also

      bubblers would fix that.

TRM, use this on the fish lanes. www.ebay.com/itm/4-5mm-1000pcs-Polypropylene-PP-Sphere-Solid-Plastic-Balls-High-Quality/322509385172?epid=847726586&hash=item4b170eadd4:g:EWMAAOSw2xRYU5yf
And as for oxygen, such air in through the pump like a spa pump.

Install plastic over the fish tanks, and let it drape down so the water runs off of it

did that last year...it does work but creates some challenges of their own (algae)
