No worries. The weather will be slightly cooler by then but still might be hot. Japanese humidity will make you sweat like crazy. So take a bottle to refill at the fountains next to the bathrooms. I mentioned in a comment below about the Death Eaters event in Harry Potter World that I didn't know about when making this video. It might be worth a look if you're a Harry Potter fan. I went on a Saturday which was the day after opening. It was probably also that crowded because it's not a standard annual passholder blackout date and every weekend afterwards is. Have fun!
