Nepal is firmly on my bucket list. The main thing stopping me from going there for my next trip is the fear of getting severe traveller's diarrhea or food poisoning which I understand happens to most visitors :/
At least have a cure of probiotics for a week before going. It will protect a bit, along with other measures. Last time I went to Morocco and did not do this cure, I got a severe diarrea. But when I did it the time before, I also drank the same water from the well in the desert, and it did not happen.
Also if any health problems, think about local medicines, tibetan doctors are very good, Chinese medicine, and ayurvedic too!
I've been to Nepal 3 times, never had that issue, as opposed to in India or Peru or a number of different places. Have a great trip!
I was born and raised in Kathmandu, and I never ate at the places vloggers did.. coz there are pretty good decent fancy restaurants you can dine at that can rival those in the West.

I think most of place you have in Nepal but learn some mistakes.
Chitwan national park is popular for one horns rhinos. Bardiya national park is popular for Bangal Tiger's.
Monkey temple, Buddha stupa, thamel is located in Kathmandu. Nagarkot & bhaktapur darbar square is located in bhaktapur.
You have informed above mentioned place as different areas/place.

Could only 5 days be enough? 🥹
No it will take you long time if you came to Nepal for only 5 days you can't even visit kathmandu properly. What I'm saying is you can explore Bhatapur durbar square(Bhaktapur), patan and kathmandu's many heritage sites in short period since they are in Kathmandu valley itself .However, sagarmatha national park is in Solukhumbu district where Mt.everest is located so you have to travel so long journey through plane, so, it will take you more than 2 week. For exploring Lumbini where Lord Buddha was born it is actually so far from capital near India border so it'll also need too many days to explore.
But if you will come to nepal then I will suggest you to visit pokhara and if you are trekking person then you can trek up to many base camp including annapurna and mardi himal etc.
It’s really cheap here brother and everybody is friendly and laid back Go to Pokhara Lumbini which is on the way to Chitwan National Park you’ll have time of your life.
