What did you decide? Did you keep it? I recently purchased a black leather Pochette Metis and am wondering if I should trade it for the East West? I love the bag but am more petite and wonder if it looks too boxy on my frame. But I prefer the space of the original.
I purchased the black bicolor version last week and decided two days later to exchange for the black empriente version. The issues with my bicolor east west was there was a significant crease starting to form on the front flap right below the stitching of the top handle (I probably purchased a display purse that was opened and closed a lot) and then there was a glazing issue on the bottom of mine where the edges met. Your handbag is beautiful though! Congrats
I like my black empriente version of the East West but it does have those corners that stick up a bit on the sides that you referenced in your video. I find when I put my phone in the front pocket it’s not as bad. I also have on my radar the Side Trumk. There’s a lot of positive reviews on RUclips on that handbag.
It’s beautiful, congratulations, can we get a hamdbag collection video? I have this bag in the blue monoglam and it sticks up as well.. it doesn’t bother me, it’s a beautiful bag style.. It’s a neutral and black is a neutral it looks good with your outfit..

I agree. I wanted the monogram one too. I think I'm going to switch and get that one. I usually spray my vachetta with Apple Guard.

I took it back and got the east west in monogram, but of course I now want it in the all black empreinte. 🙊
