I don't think you understand the flight dynamics of aircraft. You state that many of these aircraft "Only stall at XX Mph". The typical listed stall speed for these aircraft is for straight and level flight with minimal flying weight. Adding weight, tail-wind, or a steep bank angle will cause all of these aircraft to stall at speeds far in excess of their rated stall speed. Not to mention, density altitude and other weather related effects.
@Monotoba, You are mostly wrong: Aircraft manufacturers specify stall speed for MAX weight. Tail wind has no effect on stall speed since it is never specified in ground speed. Bank angle - yes, it affects stall speed in LEVEL flight. You can actually bank on descent without increase in stall speed.
What about flying cost? Per mile?
