This is a very nice, homey place. Very family oriented. Love the basement. This house would be fantastic out in the country somewhere instead of crowded into a subdivision. Enjoyed the tour.

O honestly don't like it. I hate the kitchen island and the living room is small. Actually the whole downstairs is small. 80 percent of the main living is in the basement. I don't care for that it's odd. I'm sure someone will love it but not my taste at all.

Beautiful home but due to climate change I'd be reluctant to live that close to the water.
It's Lake Simcoe. No tides, Not subject to water level changes. No climate change issues.
