You should have just used the translation in Novelization version where it explicitly says that Mercury's space is beyond space and time that doesn't exists in the third dimension. With that alone Sailor Moon universe should be around 5D to Outer(if you like the highest interpretation as possible)

Dude the afterlife is most certainly higher dimensional since it is clearly stated to transcend Dimensions that cannot be perceived in the mortal world or king kai in the manga stating goku is from the lower bound world.
Goku never beat cell, he was stated to be weaker than cell and wasn't a match for kid buu, needing the energy of all the humans on earth and namek to make a spirit bomb capable of killing him. Goku never scaled to them when he fought them. Goku is nowhere near multiversal level in battle of gods. Jiren was never stated to be stronger than beerus, only stronger than a god of destruction, specifically the god of destruction of his own universe. Beerus is still the benchmark of strength. The only concept of time and space that would exist in the world of void would be what the grand priest created for the tournament, and that's the only thing that would be capable of being shook, not the entire world of void. It's kind of ridiculous to say she would just erase Goku from existence, how much Trauma do you think she needs to go through before she can access that kind of power? When you transcend a dimension infinitely you go into another mathematical dimension because of the infinite 0.1 in between all dimensions.
