Pray for us òh holy Mother of God that we may be worthy of the promises of Christ Amen 🙏
Great video! My only pause is that i just listened to Christopher west on this same topic and he said that Joseph knew the prophecies of the virgin birth and was concerned about his own inadequacy. I know that saying he was disturbed is kind of open ended, but it still insinuates that he thought she got pregnant by someone else. That is at least my interpretation! Again, excellent video!
Mary Help of Christians and Blessed Mother of God, pray for us 🙏🙏🙏
Blessed Virgin Mother of God, please pray for us and intercede in our prayers.
Blessed Mary is the bless Mother of Jesus Christ, blessed Christ He was the only Son was misunderstood he underwent crucifixion and all kind of insult, humiliation, he was treated inhuman conditions for us we truly have become human because of his great sacrifice and humanity
Not wanting to pick apart anyone’s work but, at 7:01 you speak of the annual trip to Jerusalem to celebrate Easter and that when Jesus was 12, he stayed behind speaking with the Rabbi’s in the Temple. Mary and Jesus were 3 days out when they realized Jesus was not with him. They turned back and found him at the Temple, doing his Father’s work. The retelling here of Jesus being lost at the Temple were my words and I have no doubt that your words were close to mine. My ‘issue’ is the annual trip to Jerusalem during Jesus’ childhood was not to celebrate Easter as this (Easter) happened when Jesus was in his 30’s. His execution through Crucifixion and his resurrection was cause to celebrate Easter later in the church. I don’t believe it was celebrated for a hundred years or so after his resurrection. But, I don’t know that. I think I know that St. Patrick was the one who linked Easter to Beltane(?) which was celebrated annually or quarterly (I don’t know that each season has the same name nor do I know if I gave the spring equinox the correct name. St. Patrick made that celebration holy with different traditions and I have no idea where nor when the term Easter first originated. Anne and Joachim and Mary and Joseph were devout Jews. Did that culture celebrate the Equinox? Anyway, without rabbit trailing further, the historicity of the annual celebration when Jesus was a child is a little jumbled and confused in the video.
Mary was not afraid of Gabriel, Joseph did not Doubt Mary. Mary was not doubtful of the plan of God but just asking how she could be pregnant without having interaction with Joseph.
