Ive been struggling with some issues and the "external validation is so insanely empty" hit way too hard. I love your vlogs aside from the entertainment aspect but because its just a reminder that we all have our own personal struggles but somehow we are all in it together and going through the same things. 😆 my reaction to paper straws as well 😂 I started carrying a reusable straw to try to help with sustainability but it turned into also not liking the new paper straws many places now give
Do you read back on your journal entries? I’ve learned I don’t like to read back on it so there is no pressure for me to write nicely or legibly. Sometimes I don’t even fix spelling mistakes 😲😆🤣
I recently read somewhere there are groups of women that meets up at like parks or hikes and just SCREAMMM at the top of their lungs. Might be something fun to look into actually doing!
I journaled a bit in my 20s too. A couple of times I was reading it back and was like “wait…. I said the opposite thing 2 pages ago……… am I the one who is wrong????” Then I lost it when I left my bag in a bar. Really taught me to let go of the past haha
being young is so hard. just know that our parents generation, at 18, had to pick a career to commit to for the rest of their lives, and often times were miserable. the world is changing, and this isnt feasible anymore. our generation focuses on a career that fulfills them for the next 2-5 years, we are ever-changing. i hope you feel less resistance to the constant ebb and flow that is being human
