I think the short monologues of how she feels about daily experiences are nice to hear also the videos aren't so focused on what she does in a day and how productive she is. it's filmed beautifully and realistically. Idk if it’s just me but my seasonal depression wasn’t that bad this year lol maybe it’s because it hasn’t been that cold in the NE this yr compared to other yrs (but that’s a whole other convo bc i’m so worried about earth and the effects of climate change 😪).
