- ironically enough, i'll call this the "stay with me" series as I hop around Airbnb's I travel to this year even though the overarching theme of today's video is finding solace in solitude (or moments alone rather).
I think with the number of distractions we have at our disposal nowadays, let this serve as a reminder to you to relish in your moments alone. for me, it was SUPER fckn uncomfortable at first.
especially after living in a city like NYC where I don't necessarily have to be "alone" at any time- find the beauty that is within ur thoughts to make space for more whole connections in the social world.

I’m always such a myriad of emotions after watching a Tammy vlog. In the one respect I’m inspired and motivated and left with a feeling of joy because of the way you (Tammy) are so introspective and insightful. I’m also left left with a slight tinge of regret as I wish I had your drive. I am very much the “get excited and dive in” type but I’ve always lacked the follow through necessary to actually see things to fruition and I’m struck by your ability to do that. I hope that the people watching your videos are inspired to pursue their ambitions and that they will use you as a litmus test for what is possible with determination. You are a light young lady, I hope you always recognize that and never allow anyone to change that. ❤

wow.. last few clips about burnout and being scared to be alone really hit home for me. I've gotten to a place in my life where there's more space, more time, more energy for what matters to me, but I've found a lot of that goes into staring at my phone for hours on end because I'm too afraid to approach myself.. great food for thought. (also, love your editing style btw!)

I love what you said about the feeling of constantly needing to do things and elevate cs of those we see around us but that we need to learn to relax and “smell the roses”. I personally have felt really anxious as to feeling like I’m not doing enough despite trying my best.
I recently became a warehouse pick packer and it’s an exhausting back breaking job yet I feel like I need to have that picturesque office job or something like that in order to feel like my job and my life is worth it. I’ve now clearly been able to see what’s happening in my head and I just need to keep in mind as well to chill tf out and “smell the roses” too.
But yeah great and enjoyable video as usual Tammy, can’t wait for the next one. 😁

I actually came to the realisation the other day that our soul’s mission is to offer a service, meaning, in this life and the next, you are going to be working in multiple different ways. So one of the biggest obstacles to overcome in every life, is to learn how to find peace and joy in the service you are offering in this lifetime… that’s how you create your version of heaven and hell. If you dread your service every day and don’t do anything to change it, you create hell for yourself, but, if you learn to love your service/ choose to change it, you create your own heaven and that will trickle into your next life, no matter how high or low your “position” is…. Thought this might help with what you were saying about falling back into fight or flight mode unintentionally ❤
