- Here in the wastes after a calamity that destroyed life as we know it, a single cat is struggling for survival. Can they find other survivors and rebuild the clan they lost, or are they doomed to die like everyone else they knew?
I know there's many other challenges with a similar premise, but I'm doing my own take on it with my own restrictions, and hoping I'm not dooming this clan to destruction.

I love how playing with only one clan cat makes the game confused, as it decides to give said cat an untreated schizophrenia.

the start of this was so unsettling. I imagine shadow feather seeing the badger den. and wandering in. looking at death in front of them. and believing they would live. only to be ripped apart. bonsaituft finding the body in horror. almost starving. and eventually eating shadowfeather. going back to a warrior to hunt and stay alive. slowly going insane as they think about what could’ve been if they stayed with the other loners. imagining cats walking around. as if the world was perfect.
But it was really cute when bonsai made an apprentice happy and the mentor was like “thank you-“ it’s like a worker being really nice to a really annoying kid. And the parent being super grateful
10:12 already headcannoning that Banzaituft helped Shadowfeather escape from the two legs because he was interested in joining a clan.
aw im sad about shadowfeather, but i was rooting for kits! kits are a quick way to get numbers up.
Maybe the RavenClan cat will join ForgottenClan so I have a suggestion for them. Corvidbeak, a playful&clever demi-she. A marbled black colour pointed pelt with cobalt eyes. Since you mentioned that RavenClan might not like taking care of more cats it makes logical sense to throw out the queen with her half-clan kits. I’ve missed clan gen and I’m so happy that it’s back :)

Name: Jewel
Age: 23 moons
Gender: female
Description: Jewel is a white cat with scruffy fur and orange patches. Green and yellow eyes. She is half-starved and struggled to fend for herself. She barely survives on stolen prey and kittypet food. Before the apocalypse, she once had a healthy litter of kits she grew attached to. After losing them one by one, she finds herself in her current occupation. The topic about kits is very sensitive to her.

I think this should be the aftermath of a huge twoleg nuclear war. Twoleg terrorists have torched the entire forest that the clan once lived in, and all the members have scattered or died.
For the rogue
An oddly speckled black tom with long fur. Possible personalities include strange, sneaky or bold, to explain why he was scavenging.
He is very unwilling to speak on why he was exiled from his former clan.

My idea for the Ravenclan mate >:)
Name: Shadowbird
Gender: Female because they had kits
Shadowbird is a single striped she-cat with a black pelt. She pointed Banzaituft in the right way when Shadowfeather died. She is childish, just a few moons younger than Banzaituft, and has a deep bond with star clan. The Shadow prefix reminded Banzaituft of his past love interest, she was the mentor of the apprentice who stumbled into the territory of Forgotten clan. Her admiration sparked when she saw how Banzaituft was loyal and took time out of his day to make an apprentice feel better. She purred a ‘meet you at the border?’ Where she dropped him a fat rabbit. Banzaituft started to notice how he felt his day brighten up while thinking of her, and receives a dream (possibly from Shadowfeather?) about a bird making a nest in the shadows of a bonzai tree. He sees her later and they get closer, Banzaituft confesses first, and that makes Shadowbird not show up for a few days. Finally, Shadowbird appears with a flowering lavender colored feather and catmint, knowing that Banzaituft was low on herbs.
Let’s just say the catmint doesn’t make it back to camp and instead became an escape for Shadowbird and Banzaituft, blinding them to the cons of having kits. The feather is hidden away in Banzaituft’s nest, and that’s how Wildkit, Longkit, and Slightkit came to be.
(I think you should change the names, Wildkit is good, but Longkit could be Shadekit and Slightkit could be Ravenkit.)

Banzaituft's breath misted in the chilly night air as he cautiously approached the forbidden border that separated ForgottenClan from RavenClan. His heart raced with anticipation and anxiety. The moon cast a silvery glow, revealing the skeletal remains of a once-thriving world now reduced to a toxic, unfamiliar ruin.
A shadow detached itself from the darkness, and there she was-Shadowbird, the sleek she-cat with fur as dark as the night. Her eyes, a glimmer of mystery in the dim light, met Banzaituft's. She grimaced, though a knowing look washed over her, and she untensed. Seeing her expression so solemn and serious compared to her usual bright self was unsettling. It was so different to the usual hostile attitude of ost cats. However right now, she seemed weary. Clumps of her dark fur had evidently fallen out, and dark circles had formed under here eyes.
"Shadowbird," he mewed softly, relief and concern washing over him in equal parts.
"Banzaituft," she replied, her voice a mere whisper. "I couldn't stay away. I have something to show you."
Intrigue flickered in Banzaituft's eyes as he followed her through the shattered remnants of what was once a lush forest. The two cats found a secluded spot, sheltered from prying eyes and hostile gazes. He noticed she seemed to be dragging her feet, and she was postured as if concealing something..
As they arrived, Shadowbird stopped walking abruptly, she opened her mouth, hesitance flickering in her eyes, dull from exhaustion. "I've brought them," Shadowbird announced, her voice barely audible. From the shadows emerged three small bundles, their tiny forms snuggled close to their mother.
Banzaituft's eyes widened with surprise . He should feel excited, but all he felt was immense concern. Shadowbird had mentioned how kits in Ravenclan were often cast out, too many mouths to feed "Our kits?"
Shadowbird nodded, her gaze a mix of love and desperation. "RavenClan can't care for them, we can barely care for ourselves. They..wated to dump them somewhere. Leave them to their own fates. I couldn't bear it, so I brought them here." Banzaituft felt a pang in his heart..thinking of Shadowbird's hardships was unbearable for him.
"I'll take them. Back to the camp. I promise, I'll take care of them, okay?" He blurted ut, pushing his nose to hers and looking down at the three small kits..he wondered if he and fisheyes could feed them ebtter than ravenclan could.
Shadowbird smiled, a hint of her usual vigor returning to her face for a moment. "Maybe you can bring me to see them again someday?"
"I will..I promise.." Banzaituft mewled, shuffling closer to her and sweeping his kits, all three of them, close to his body. He was going to keep them alive, even if it cost him his own life. Survival was hard in these wastelands, but he felt that if he worked hard enough, his kits would thrive.

Idea for how it came to be waste land (i've only watched about 6 mins so she may have already said one)
As time pasts, the humans get lazier and lazier. being lazy as they are, they would dig only a couple ft below ground to despose of trash. they made many holes ahead of time, and it would often cause sink holes. eventily, they even started leaving out barrels of toxic waste. They also built more, right into the clans terretories, causing the clans to have to move to abandoned twoleg camps. Climate change would cause wild fires, burning the trash and giving a toxic green haze to the air. the humans would move away of course, and tthough many animals died due to the toxic air, those who didn't adapted to it. Some say a cat even started to glow, but thats just a myth, right?

You could code shadowfeather back into life 😂 say she was ‘rescued’ by some cats who had her hunting all the time until she escaped them. Or something, she deserves to come back!

So, for the "rouge" (I'ma call them a KP) I had a idea for a KP named Danish. He was attempting to start a clan but ended up failing so instead he's looking around for anything he can find to live:

Backstory: A kit left to fend for herself in the cold storms of leafbare, luckily managed to survive and now lives as a rouge.
This comment is going to get a lot of edits on it, but I'm throwing up my ideas as the video goes along. A lot of possibility crafting.
So my first cool idea is that while she was alone on patrol. Two legs found the camp chasing off all the cats before Shadow Feather got home. As for the surroundings, Maybe it's an abandoned city.
As good of a reason as any for why a single warrior survived the destruction of an entire clan. Maybe multiple clans were discovered.
Interesting, So Shadow Feather got caught by a two leg. Before getting away and finding a friend along the way. But she didn't find any of her old clan mates. So does that interaction harm or help this theory?
Yeah the random generated events don't really make sense when there's only one cat... That means there's going to be a lot of early on corective reckons.
I could see Bonsly Tuft getting met by star clan Shadow Feather. A lot of possibilities for prophecies in this kind of situation. Maybe a prophecy of success or a prophecy of failure.
Fish eyeses home had a flood... I wonder if that impacts the backstory since floods are natural disasters that affect entire areas. So maybe some plans were destroyed by flooding? Or maybe it was a mix of flooding and discovery or... There's a lot of cool possibilities with that reveal.
Oh that last month... Good news, you got more cats. Bad news, their currently babies. That is basically a confirmed affair with a member of talent clan. Oh I do like that idea of the why was Bonsly tuft left to care for them.

Mating: you can sometimes choose mates for cats. So if you do you will end up with kits. They result in more mouths to feed but make the clan bigger!
And for the kits Banziatuft brought back it could be like Bluestar? Maybe as they could have been a deputy, med cat or leader!

How do you start with one cat and have a prey counter? Mine doesnt show is there something I can do to implement that as well? Love the series so far!
so you just can start a clan and then ki// every cat exept one but for the prey counter idk
Maybe the twolwgs worked to get all the cats out for some project and went out to hunt the cats and shadow maneges to hide/run
There is a way to make a Clan perma-frost (I know this is 8 months late)
in recources/game_config.json:
at the bottom, it says: "lock_season": false,
so you just change it to: "lock_season":true,
and when starting a new Clan, you can just choose winter. This way there is less prey and you can do a some kind of perma-frost challenge. :DD
It will affect all Clans, so I suggest copy-pasting the whole game (if you have space for it, it's only about 150MB)
i think the game codes for priority in feeding, medic cat has a higher value then a warrior
and i got a girl who could be your scavenger, she comes with a (maybe transfem) wife and kit (i also already coded them up in catgen master for one of my own saves)

I got really exited when i saw the prey count on the patrol page but when i opend the game to play there was no prey count is it a mod? If so what mod and where could i find it?

the beauty/unique challenge the coppurt leader of _____clan (rule one leader must have bad trait) is planing to have the most prettist cats of the land so she starts bye kicking out all the "ugly" cats (rule two must start with all unique or pretty cats) and as time gose on if a cat is "ugly" they will be kicked out of the clan
this challenge is kinda laid back it is nice if you want a challenge but not to must stress oh and never kick out a kit because u do'nt know there final apperence

I have an idea for the mystery cat, A she-cat named Scarlet who has a deep red pelt (kinda like alderheart) with a little bit of tabby on her back. She has violet eyes (if you ant code purple eyes into the game blue works too) She is very smart but also reluctant to trust others.
