Reason India is not a top tourist destination is all of the tourist who comes to India sticks to the golden triangle. They only visits three states like Delhi, Mumbai and Rajasthan, and few visits to Kerala. You won't see many foreigners in places like North-East, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Sundabans, Ladakh etc. That's why foreigners have a sterotype that entire India is polluted like Delhi, have slums like Mumbai, and hot like Rajasthan. Most of the tourits don't even bother to go to diffrent places except these places!

Well, its same for Brazil, most people only goes to São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro but Brazil has the amazon, has desert, Brazil has 2095 beaches only in the cost, then has a bunch of islands, national parks with natural pools, historic cities, caves, but the majority of people only goes to Rio's beaches and the city of São PAulo.

But we also have cold mountais, canions, the only FLOODED DESERT in the world, the pantanal, caatinga, cerrado, countless waterfalls..... we are the country with mosth fresh water in the world and one of most biodiverse.

People don't love Brazil because it's beautiful or colonizers heritage, what makes Brazil unique is how brazilians include everyone in their culture and daily life. We're indeed very friendly and the first to approach, even if we don't speak the same language that you we still try to communicate and help (something that hardly happens in other countries).

    of course Türkiye see below
Turkey is not just Cappadocia or Istanbul
The first buildings in history are in Turkey
oldest settlement in turkey ( Göbekli Tepe ) 9500 to at least 8000 BCE
The first civilization that discovered pata was in Turkey and the others were the Hittites etc.
There are beautiful buildings on the coast and in quiet places where we have old Ottoman buildings, for example (taraklı)
We have beautiful plateaus on the Black Sea, just like Switzerland.
Example ( ayder yaylası ) If you go to the Black Sea, try eating hamsi and muhlama.
We have beautiful beaches in the Aegean and olives grow a lot, you can visit someone's house and they will give you treats, just like in the regions.
In our Mediterranean region, there are good beaches and places where you can ski, for example, in Antalya, when it is very hot in the fields, you can see snow on the hills.
You can see historical buildings in our eastern region, it is generally barren but not a desert.
Every city and region has its own dishes, the food difference between the West and the East is high.
The west may be leaner and less spicy

Like our most famous Movies are City of God and Tropa de Elite, our most recently export musics are brazilian funk, our most famous city is Rio(Beautiful but also a city of extreme riches and porverty).... Even brazilians believe that things are like that because Brazil is not big to travel that most brazilians rarely travel inside Brazil and believe what they see in novelas and movies. Also doesn't help most brazilians don't speak english and not a lot of people speak portuguese outside portuguese speaking countries.

I'm brazilian and I don't think Brazil deserves this spot. I mean, it's a pretty amazing country, MASSIVE. We got the amazon, the pantanal, the iguaçu falls, amazing beaches all over our coast but specially in northeast, tropical forests, mountains, historical portuguese cities and stuf. Also a lot of african, indigenous (american), european and asian culture, which makes our cusine, dance, music and art unique, but come on guys, we're a pretty young country. Brazil and USA are much alike: a young country, really big, in America, made by immigrants (forced or not) with a lot of different cultures from across the globe. The difference it's the exposure to the world. While the USA it's known by basically everyone, Brazil, it's not, but we're very much alike.
With that said, there is no competition when it comes to Bharat, Türkiye and Japan.

2 - The US because I really want to see the Wave, Niagara Falls, Colorado, Zion, The Grand Canyon
3 - India because of the Taj Mahal and the Maharashtra, The Forest ( I forgot its name), the temples
4 - Turkey because of Istambul , the Cappadocia, the temples
5 - Germany because of its history, the castles, the black forest
6 - Japan, I don't know much about Japan but I think it would be interesting to know the places Suki talked about

OMG, people, chill, indian ppl, chill!!! Every place in there is beautiful by his own term. I really understand why India is a great place to travel, the same way i think US, Turkey, Japan and etc... in the end is just preference!... U cannot say that Brazil is not "a better place to visit then India", is just disrespectfull!!! Brazil is massive, have everything, literally, everything u can think of... the food, the people, smiles, cold in south, hot in north....dangerous places and peacefull ones!. Brazil is a country with descendants from all corners of Europe, Asia, Arab countries, etc...if u think about religion, yeah, maybe here is not the best place... But this is about TRAVEL, not everybody wants to go in a country to seek for religion or temples... people want to chill on the beach, some try something about the country, visit places to have fun, etc. Honestly, I hate biased comments from ppl that don't look the other way... find out about the country before you go out saying that yours is better, etc., it doesn't make any sense, everyone is good at something and bad at others... Maybe it's anger because Brazil won those GAMES twice. Don't take it to heart, be happy and understand diversity. Literally, Brazil has all the countries in one, if that's not the apex for someone to want to visit, call me crazy.

The beauty of Indian civilization lies in its rich tapestry of history, culture, and traditions that have evolved over thousands of years.
One of the most striking aspects of Indian civilization is its incredible diversity. From the ancient Indus Valley civilization to the powerful Maurya and Gupta empires, India has been home to a multitude of dynasties, each leaving its own mark on the cultural landscape. This diversity is reflected in India's languages, religions, cuisines, and architectural styles, creating a vibrant mosaic of experiences.
India's cultural heritage is also characterized by its spiritual depth. The country is the birthplace of major world religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism, each offering unique insights into the nature of existence and the human condition. Temples, mosques, churches, and gurdwaras dot the landscape, serving as spiritual sanctuaries and architectural marvels.
Furthermore, Indian civilization has made significant contributions to art, literature, science, and philosophy. From the exquisite sculptures of the Ajanta and Ellora caves to the timeless poetry of Rabindranath Tagore, India's artistic legacy is unparalleled. Ancient texts like the Vedas, Upanishads, and the epics of Ramayana and Mahabharata continue to inspire scholars and seekers alike with their profound wisdom.
Despite the challenges of modernization, India's civilization remains resilient, constantly evolving while staying rooted in its timeless traditions. The beauty of Indian civilization lies not only in its monuments and artifacts but also in the spirit of resilience, diversity, and creativity that continues to shape its destiny.

Türkiye is such a country that it is among the best in the world in every field of tourism.
Historically, it is one of the three most important countries in the world. Türkiye, Ottoman Empire, Anatolian Seljuks, Rome + Byzantium, many Anatolian civilizations, Lydians, Hittites, etc. lived in this geography. Many important works of Christianity and Islam are in Turkey. There are also many underground cities. I think it is very interesting and will make you feel different emotions while traveling. I would also like to add Göbeklitepe, it is the oldest known center of worship in the world. It is a discovery so important that it will shake the history of religions. The conquest of Istanbul is an event so important that it opens and closes an era in history. Moreover, the founding of Turkey is one of the most important events of the last 100 years. Turkey's revolutions and achievements have written a different history. Even Gandhi's war of independence was based on Ataturk's wars and revolutions. I would like to add Gandhi's words: "Until Mustafa Kemal defeated the British, we thought they were the gods of the earth."
Geographically, it is a country where winter tourism can be experienced in four seasons, as well as beautiful beaches where skiing, sunbathing and swimming are possible.
It has different landforms such as Pamukkale and Cappadocia. There are also extremely green areas that receive a lot of rainfall, such as the Black Sea. Traveling by cable car is very enjoyable. Nature sports such as parachuting and rafting are quite common in Turkey. You can find many of the different climates and landforms you'll see in other parts of the world in a single country.
Türkiye is one of the best in the world when it comes to food. In addition to its rich cuisine, you can eat very difficult foods very cheaply everywhere, with its developed and hygienic service sector. If you go to Turkish food as a guest, you will encounter much more delicious and diverse food than what you can eat in restaurants.
People are also very friendly and tolerant. They love to share their culture and welcome you. They don't let you pay in many places

There's beautiful places and landscapes in every country but what makes Brazil really unique is the people, is very hard to you go to a foreign country and be approached by people or even included in their culture and daily life like we do here. So is easier to make friends in Brazil. It's also easier to get help if you get lost, many people will go out of their way to help you. 🇧🇷❤
In a country that is not so safe, you might expect people to be more suspicious and cold, but it is the opposite in Brazil, we find our strength in unity. And we don't take life too seriously, so coming to Brazil will definitely change your point of view on life.

If India starts telling its history, the ground will slip under your feet. Let us tell you the history of India today and I will divide it into some points.
    (1) The oldest civilization in the world in this The Indus Valley Civilisation existed through its early years of 3300-1300 BCE, and its mature period of 2600-1900 BCE There was business trade between Indus Civilization and Egypt and Mesopotamia, evidence of which has been found in Mesopotamia.
    (2) Oldest language in the world
    1. Sanskrit 5000 year old language
    2. tamil 4500 years old language
    (3) Oldest city
    1. Varanasi, India - 5,000 years old 10th in world ranking
    2. Ujjain was once one of the primary cities in Middle India, and served as the cultural, political, and literary centre around 600 BC.
3.Patna’s ancient roots can be traced back 2500 years. Earlier known as Pataliputra, It has been a crucial site for pilgrims of all religions as it’s situated close to well-known sites such as Bodhgaya and Nalanda. Patna is also the place where Guru Gobind Singh, the 10th Sikh Guru was born. And, if you research carefully, this city also finds mention in the travelogues of Faxian, and how Buddha travelled across Patna during the last year of his life.
    4. Madurai
As per the legends, the sweet nectar of madhu (honey) fell from the locks of Lord Shiva here, thereby it has been named Madurai. You will find mentions of this spot back to the 3rd century BC in scriptures that were written by Megasthenes, the Greek ambassador to India. Also, some archaeological evidence also shows that trades between Rome and Madurai existed since the 3rd century. In fact, it has been a crucial centre of culture and trade for decades. Further, the town is built around the world-famous Meenakshi temple, which is said to have been built around 600 BC and was rebuilt in its present form in the 17th century.
    5. Thanjavur
Earlier known as Tanjore, the beautiful city of Thanjavur is home to Tanjore style of painting, and several important cultural sites. Today, it’s best known for being home to UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Great Living Chola Temples, a site of prominence from the times when Thanjavur gained prominence as the capital of Chola dynasty.
    (3) Rock Shelters of Bhimbetka
    Madhya Pradesh
The Rock Shelters of Bhimbetka are in the foothills of the Vindhyan Mountains on the southern edge of the central Indian plateau. Within massive sandstone outcrops, above comparatively dense forest, are five clusters of natural rock shelters, displaying paintings that appear to date from the Mesolithic Period right through to the historical period. The cultural traditions of the inhabitants of the twenty-one villages adjacent to the site bear a strong resemblance to those represented in the rock paintings.
Bhimbetka reflects a long interaction between people and the landscape. It is closely associated with a hunting and gathering economy, as demonstrated in the rock art and in the relicts of this tradition in the local adivasi villages on the periphery of the site.
The site complex was discovered by V. S. Wakankar in 1957. Almost 100 years earlier, in 1867, rock paintings had been discovered in Uttar Pradesh and the first scientific article on Indian rock paintings was published by J. Cockburn in 1883. Bhimbetka was first mentioned in 1888 as a Buddhist site, from information obtained from local adivasis. Two shelters were excavated in 1971 by Bajpai, Pandey and Gour.
    (4) Oldest religion in the world 1.Hinduism 3000 to 5000 bc
    2. Buddhism 2700 years old starting Nepal in India
    3. Jainism is one of the world's oldest religions, originating in India at least 2,500 years ago.
    4. Sikhism, religion and philosophy founded in the Punjab region of the Indian subcontinent in the late 15th century.
And an interesting thing is that Christianity, which European countries are very proud of, first started spreading in India and then spread in Europe.
    (5) Some of the oldest dancing forms invented in India
1.Bharatanatyam - The Oldest Dance Form Of India 2000 years old
    2. Kathakali emerged as a distinct genre of performance art during the 16th and 17th centuries in Kerala. The roots of Kathakali, states Mahinder Singh, are more ancient and some 1500 years old.
    3. Odisha dancing forms
The Hindu, Jain and Buddhist archaeological sites in Odisha state, particularly the Assia range of hills show inscriptions and carvings of dances that are dated to the 6th to 9th century CE.
4.Kathak dancing forms actually dates back to 4th century BC where sculptures of Kathak dancers were engraved in written scripts and sculptures in ancient temples.
    6. World Oldest UniversityNalanda University was one of the first universities in the world, founded in the 5th Century BC, and reported to have been visited by the Buddha during his lifetime. At its peak, in the 7th century AD, Nalanda held some 10,000 students and 2000 teachers when it was visited by the Chinese scholar Xuanzang.
Historical studies indicate that the University of Nalanda was established during the reign of the Gupta emperorKumaragupta. Both Xuanzang and Prajñavarman cite him as the founder, as does a seal discovered at the site.
This was point one. The history of India is divided into 7 parts. I have just told you the first part and that too not in complete form. If I tell it for the next part, it will become even bigger. If I tell about all the seven parts, it will take me almost a month and if I tell about the different leaders of my country, it will take another month. It will create a lot of confusion for other countries. 🇮🇳

Indian art and architecture are renowned for their exquisite beauty, intricate craftsmanship, and spiritual symbolism.
In architecture, India boasts a stunning array of structures spanning thousands of years. From the ancient temples of Khajuraho and Hampi to the magnificent forts and palaces of Rajasthan, each monument tells a story of India's rich cultural heritage. The architectural styles vary widely across regions, from the elaborate Dravidian temples of the south to the elegant Mughal architecture of the north. India's architectural marvels not only showcase remarkable craftsmanship but also serve as living testaments to the country's history, religion, and cultural traditions.
Indian art is equally captivating, with a diverse range of styles and mediums. The country has a long tradition of painting, from the intricate miniature paintings of Rajasthan and Mughal courts to the vibrant folk art traditions of Madhubani and Warli. Sculpture also occupies a prominent place in Indian art, with masterpieces like the rock-cut caves of Ajanta and Ellora, which depict scenes from the life of the Buddha and Hindu mythology in breathtaking detail.
One of the most striking features of Indian art and architecture is its deep spiritual significance. Many of the country's monuments and artworks are imbued with religious symbolism, serving as places of worship and meditation. Whether it's the serene beauty of the Taj Mahal, the celestial sculptures of Khajuraho, or the intricate carvings of temple walls, Indian art and architecture inspire awe and reverence, transcending time and space to connect us with the divine.

Not really. The famous architectures are Islamic Persian style, like most structures in the North. Dravidian temples in the south are more authentic, though they're smaller in scale.

I'm brazilian and I feel so happy to see how they love my country! Brazil is a beautiful country with lovely people (at least the majority of it). I love Brazil and I hope one day it can be trully great as deserves!
Amei o hino nacional no final do vídeo, meus olhos marejaram.
Todo poder emana do povo! 🇧🇷❤️

They are a little biased with Brazil. India definitely deserved the first place. Its just like a mini world in itself and just so scenic. I felt pity on their thinking.

I don't understand why they always choose Brazil...This is so bias.. India is really diverse country more than Brazil...we have desert, beaches, ice mountains everything.
