very underrated city, in terms of amenities and urban design. amazing world-class architecture and neighborhoods. I went to WUSTL, which is basically immediately adjacent to Clayton. STL is a city that fans of American history know to be grand and historic, a once-powerful urban industrial center; most others only know what they hear on various news headlines. at the end of the day, it's seen way better days, but it hasn't lost its essence, which still makes it a great city.....culturally though, I found it to be in a bubble and kind of disconnected from the rest of the country or at least a lot of it, like many midwestern cities.
Technically, Clayton is not a neighborhood of St. Louis (people from the area are pedantic about city vs. county because the city is independent from the county, unlike most American cities). There are lots of very nice neighborhoods in the city proper. Central West End, Midtown, the Grove, Southampton, Benton Park, and St. Louis Hills are all nice neighborhoods I recommend to visitors
Yes Glorify the beauty of our city as well thank u for this video
