Also, I wanted to mention that I experienced the same under eye burning while using Tretinoin, but I learned that applying Vaseline/Aquaphor or a moisturizer on your under eye to act as a barrier before applying your retinol helps. Apparently retinol/retin-A spreads throughout the night, so that’s why that happens.
Either one makes the perfect eye cream over your regular night moisturizer, I no longer buy thirty to fifty dollar eye creams cause they work so good!!! I like to alternate between the two
literally in the middle of you blending the first pass of the foundation i was like oh dang that looks SO good. it can be hard to capture the true look and foundations don’t stand out until the look is done and i was soooo shocked at how BEAUTIFUL it looked!!

I'd love to see a review on Vieve - Jamie Genevieve's brand from you. She has some really nice and in my opinion innovative products. Skin dew (liquid highliter)or skin nova (glowy base product), bronzers, hilighters, eye wands (both matte and shimmery), lipliners and lipsticks with nice shades! I believe you can find some really nice shades to try, especially for your skintone! 💗 You can also see ways to use the products in a lot of her videos! They seem really helpful! 💗 I'd love to hear your opinion and full review after trying them for a little while if you wish 💗 Lots of love from a Greek fan! 💗
@taylorwynn the refy brow works great on dark hair if you use the spool and comb in the lid which you just pull instead of twist to use. Comb through and up till clear. I love the flat comb for lamination effect. Works so good.

Not sure if somebody already mentioned this to you or if you already know but if you pull the top off the brow gel pen there’s two brushes included!! A plastic curved brush and a bristle brush, if you use those after putting the white gel on they will really really give you that fluffy effect! I’m sure you already knew but just in case you didn’t I figured I’d mention it because I didn’t know the first two times I used mine lol and they have made a serious difference!!! Brow product from Sample Beauty is bomb - also white but dries clear and that stuff has hold... you also can't work with it once you apply or it turns into gum but it's my favorite.
Now I want to try this foundation because it looks so good on you! I am currently using the same one but in the Skin Glow. I love it! I have really dry skin so I have to make sure that I am exfoliated and moisturized completely otherwise it sticks to certain spots and looks cakey. But it makes my skin glow - they aren't lying!
Wow I can see a difference with that primer and then the foundation. Usually I don’t see such a difference thru the camera but it looks beautiful on your skin. I’m impressed..
I think you’d like the Lime Crime brow gel. The Smokey color is really nice and dark but cool toned and not grey at all, it’s not black but dark brown, and it holds those mofos wherever you want them lol. Plus I use the Milani brow pen in espresso afterward and it’s the perfect combo!

I love your brushes! Though I use your angled brush as a liquid foundation applicator (it’s seriously my most favorite foundation brush and I have the sigma 80 & 82), all of your brushes are my go-to face brushes now! The concealer brush is so soft and doesn’t stab my very sensitive under-eye area and the powder contour brush is my favorite as well. Thanks for bringing these brushes into the makeup world! :)
Taylor, your base looks amazing! Just a tip I’ve heard on the Refy brow gel, apply it before your makeup - you can slick the hairs a bit better and it gets rid of the white residue x

Thanks for mentioning the fragrance! Fragrance breaks me out and flares up my rosacea almost immediately and I wish brands would back off on using it. If I want to wear perfume I'll do that lol.

I love that Refy gel and brow pencil. It holds my brows better than the Mario gel. Not quite as glued down as ABH, but they look more natural than ABH.
Your brushes were delivered last week and I haven't been able to put them down. I never liked a concealer brush, but the one you made is AMAZING. I also love the undereye powder brush!! And the overall powder brush has been perfection. I am so impressed. I am going to buy a second set haha.

The eyeshadow colors really work with your skin tone and eye color. I like cool colors but I'm an autumn (very warm coloring) and they make me look dead. They clearly work for you, though. Kind of like a subtle but really beautiful pop. Like a background that lets your features really sing.

I’ve had the same problem with retinol and having under eye burning using makeup! Idk why…I think using a more occlusive moisturizer under my eyes before makeup will help. Hope you’re feeling good and having a peaceful weekend 😎🥳 p.s. I know you wouldn’t remember but we once talked about magnesium bc (I was also having awful migraines daily for over a year) I finally have answers and just got diagnosed with ehlers danlos hypermobility and now have had an MRI, physical therapist and spine specialist!
I love these videos for deciding what to buy next! All the fragrance is a reason I tend to avoid brands like Dior and Armani, I much prefer brands that don't put fragrance in their makeup, like how Huda removed the fragrance out of her reformulated foundation.

if you’re putting the retinol on and then applying other products on top it can be spreading it to other parts of your face.

The newly reformulated Dior forever matte foundation is sooo great!! It reminds me of the formula 2 reformulations ago, which was a bomb formula!!
