This mod looks like someone randomly grabbed some models and assets from random games and mixed them together. I guess soviets use german WW2 tanks now
In the "Uprising" campaign, in the first mission for the empire, a Soviet soldier asked "what is our ship doing on land" when he saw an imperial transport disguised as a submarine, I thought you would understand what I mean lol 🤣.
Inside your Documents, there was Red Alert 3, click in, and you will saw the Mods Folder. Example if you download this World in Conflicts MOD, after unzip, there will be lots of .big and .skudef files. Create a new folder inside Mods Folder, then put all the files inside the new folder.
After That, open your steam Library, right click on RA3, Properties. At General, Launch Option, Select Ask when starting game. Below, at the advanced user may .... the empty box type: -ui If not steam version, just right click the RA3 shortcut on desktop, select properties, at the Start in, at the end of sentence, key in: " -ui" Without the " " Then when you start the game, it will prompt an interface, just browse the MOD to play

hi, i am new to all these mods....we have to download and install by steam? Does these mods work in cracked version as well?
