Hello all whats being said in the shift your perspective is spectacular but you cannot do it by merely thinking about it. Thinking about it and doing it are entirely different. Remember intellectual understanding is only a very basic level and it can be your downfall too if you keep thinking about it, you create only illusions. Instead just purely and gently observe yourself as you are, be genuine to who you are without pretention and then what you are goes through a change by itself without your doing. The quality of mind which is pure and gentle observation is silence. It is this silence that comes on its own and that takes you through.... Dont wish for stillness and seek it.. Instead pay attention to your mind and from that clarity there is stillness.
