It is great. The rotating exhibits are fun. I have the season pass. Great place to practice art.

Hey! Sketching in the shade, without anyone looking over my shoulder is some kind of heaven for me to!
I think I will experiment the idea of if putting an object in front of an unusual environment and sketch it to.
I really like your 3rd dinosaur!
    Have a nice week end!

Wow, what an interesting place to sketch! It would be nice to know what place it is. I’m taking note of your courage to sketch in busy places; I would like to feel braver about that. And lastly, compliments on your use of purples and yellows in the Gorgosaurus (sp?) sketch- excellent color. Thanks!

Sketching in public can be intimidating. I'll admit I spend a lot of time seeking out shade and a bit of privacy too. The dinosaurs are at a botinical garden but they aren't permanent. They'll be gone by the end of the month. I did a bit of digging and you can see a list current similar exhibits here dinodoninc.com/exhibits/#venue-items maybe they'll be one near you.
