You may want to check out San Antonio/St. Leo Florida and see how it's progressed .SR 52 ,4 lane is finished now.Building a ton of New apartments there also and check out the 15 acre Mirada Crystal Lagoon there also.
The next Wesley Chapel in Pasco County,they're putting in a 15 acre Crystal Lagoon in a the new Mirada development next to Publix which will be a 3000 homes,that's why Publix located there that opened about a year ago.You know big things are happening when Publix arrives,really big!!You might want to check out Thontosassa sometime especially Lake Thonotosassa where all the Luxury homes are.
That Publix has a mezzanine above the entrance where you can eat food from the deli, etc. Also, a new state road 52 is being built all the way to us. 301.
