Superb build, thus far. The interwar bi-plane is great to see.

It's coming along nicely, the cockpit looks great. I hope you recover from the lurgy soon.

Exciting news on a new kit release from Airfix, Andy. If you have not seen it yet there is a YT review on Mann's Model Moments, titled ' Airfix Surprise Announcement - Best Starter Set EVER.' Congratulations on the subscription total.

Yeah, I thought it was an April Fool's joke when I saw the announcement from Airfix. I wish them luck with it, but it seems like madness to me. If I wanted a paper airplane I'd just make one from paper!

It is a 3D download from Airfix. The joke is the way Mann's presents it in the same manner as he does a normal kit. I thought you might enjoy the intended humour. @@warpedplastic

Greetings and salutations fellow earthling and space traveller, a spiffy little kit of a zippy little machine....smashing work young Padawan!
Will increase my stash with Phantoms, Thunderchief, Skyhawks etc., etc., for a minor Vietnam War binge build in the future....

Thank you, much appreciated. You can never have too big of a stash, or so I'm told!

That is correct, one can never have a too big a stash, only not enough room for said stash....sounds like something Confucius would say! 🤨🤔

Really a big fan of those 1/32 Hasegawa kits, Andy.
    Super looking build.
Wrong choice of words was hilarious. Nice catch.
    Coof might be better?
One question though. What is on the wall on the port side while viewing? Just shy of the paint rack.
    I can't figure it out.

I'd say it's an alien from the film 'Independence Day.'

Many thanks for the comments! They really are great kits, despite their age. I wish they'd done more. The critter you're looking at is the alien from "Independence Day".

I don't know why I dismissed that as a possibility?
